It has just turned 2022 here in the UK. Happy New Year everyone. May this year be better than the last and may all your reading challenges be completed! Looking forward to seeing what 2022 brings for all my Litsy friends ❤️ 📚 🌅
Please be nicer than 2020 and 2021. I‘m begging you.
While I am looking forward to 2022, but I‘m also keeping my expectations realistic! Haha!!! But my #BestOf2021Swap package is in the mail, so one thing accomplished at least! Yay!!
I‘m excited to start reading from the #NewYearWhoDis list from my match @Cinfhen (though I‘m not in a hurry for January bc I need my holiday break!). The ones on the top are my priority, especially the first two bc I own them already. The rest on the collage I‘ll read once they are available at my library, and I‘m sure I‘ll read others from this list in 2022.
I‘ve read Z already and liked it a lot. Thanks for this match @monalyisha
Happy New Year @BookNAround and thank you for organizing the giveaway!

Happy New Year, Littens! May all of our books be good ones, may our immune systems stay strong and healthy, and may we be able to find the good in even the worst of things. ❤️
Happy New Year to all my Litsy friends!😁🎉
I‘m sitting in front of my Christmas bookshelves with a cup of tea trying to decide on my first read of the new year. Oh the possibilities!
Happy 2021 Litsy fam! I hope this year is truly the best after 2020 😅
Let this be the year that you get what you are aiming for in life and the good things that you deserve 🥀
Thank you for being such a beautiful online family.♥️

Hello, 2021! We are SO ready for you!
Waiting for the first sunrise of the year by planning and watching #Sanditon — here‘s to a far better 2021!
HAPPY NEW YEAR, LITTENS!! 🥳💕🥂📚
Stay safe and healthy, may this 2021 be a year full of serenity and love, and lots of good books!
Happy New Year. Here's to 2021 being better than 2020.
Happy New Year, #LitsyFamily!!! 🥳🎆🥳🎆🥳
I was still in recovery mode this past year from the previous year. Sorry about my absences.
This year I plan to be on as often as I used to be...which is A LOT 😊.
Thank you for being so incredible and marvelous! A new year means a new chapter in our reading journeys, and I‘m overjoyed to share mine with yours!
2021 has the potential to be the best year yet!
So glad 2020 is officially over.
Happy New Year everyone!!!
🎉🎉🎉Happy New Year, Litsy family! 🎉🎉🎉 This is one of my favorite Neil Gaimam quotes! I hope we all have a wonderful year ahead of us, filled with joy, blessings, and lots of GREAT BOOKS!💕📚
Happy new year, my beautiful Littens!
My 2021 words of wisdom. Wishing everyone a better year than 2020! Happy new year!🎊
Completed this puzzle while listening to an audiobook. In my humble opinion, the perfect New Years Eve!
Look at this puzzle, though! I got it as a birthday gift and am blown away by the awesomeness and uniqueness.
Do you see the shapes of the pieces??
I like the back view just as much as the front.
Unidragon Wooden Puzzles 🙂
Happy New Year everyone! We‘re T-1:45 here on the east coast. Idk what 2021 will bring; but I will happily kick 2020 to the curb. I‘m also super excited (because I‘m a nerd) that I finished both my audio and in print book today so I‘m starting off 2021 with a blank reading slate. That almost never happens!
Hope everyone is having a safe and fun NYE!🎆
Happy New Year Litsy! From just after midnight in the UK.
May your 2021 be filled with good times, good company and good books!
It‘s almost time! Is everyone thinking about their new goals and hoping for a better year, as I am?
Happy New Year to all of my Litsy friends, whether you‘re part of the #PemberLittens, just plain tired of me posting about Austen, or both. 😉
While we can‘t forget the past lest we repeat mistakes, I think we can all take Elizabeth Bennet‘s advice at least for a day or so and concentrate only on the happy parts of the dumpster fire that was 2020.
Thank you all for keeping me reading and keeping me sane. ❤️
1️⃣ A. Adjusting teaching plans to accommodate COVID regulations. B. Older daughter moving 1000 miles away to college - party of 4 became party of 3.
2️⃣ Old dogs CAN learn new tricks.
3️⃣ Met my goal exactly. ☺
4️⃣ Dune. I'm excited about the movie, but want to read the book first.
Happy 2021! 🎉
#thoughtfulthursday
Happy New Year Littens. 2021 can only be better than 2020.
This is the view this morning from our dining room in our new home in Florida.
I feel like this bar got stuck a few times. #HolidayLaughs
First #BookSpin for the new year. Looking forward to it - as always! Several of these are #NewYearWhoDis picks from @Amandajoy
#BookSpinBingo
I am pumped to be joining in on the fun for #NewYearWhoDis and have phenomenal selections, thanks to (fellow New Jerseyan) @dariazeoli 🤗
I‘m going to kick 2021 off with either Angie Thomas‘ or Ijeoma Oluo‘s works as I have them on my shelves, but I‘m sure I‘ll enjoy the others throughout the year! In fact, I just gifted Mariah to my sister, so maybe I‘ll have to borrow it for a minute! 📚📚📚
I love this swap - starting January reading books that someone else thinks were one of the best things they read in 2020 is going to reveal some gems I‘m sure.
I‘ve just signed up - head over to @candority and join in the fun! #bestof2020swap
Thank you soooo much @LeslieO , I love and appreciate my gifts! They‘re all books that I read soon. I don‘t own any of them yet, but have been on my TBR for a while. I will also be enjoying the coloring book, colored pencils, socks, and bookmark. #ReadInTheNewYear
Look how beautifully wrapped and coordinated this #readinthenewyearswap package from @guinsgirlreads is?! 😍🎉✨👏🏻❤️
Leanna, I‘m sorry I didn‘t have time to wrap your gifts just as beautifully!
Check in for sending - January 10 is almost here! Will tag people in comments if we have not heard from you.
HAPPY NEW YEAR 2020!!! I hope everyone is having a lovely week reading the first book of the year!
I'm kicking off the year by reading my #buddyreads books. I think I overcommitted this month! 😜
Litsy:
#AuthorAMonth2020 @Soubhiville - Fredrik Backman this month
#BelowZer00s @BarbarabbB @Cinfhen - Case Histories
#OverbookedClub @megnews - The Women Of the Copper Country

3. Not really.

These are my #ReadingResolutions for 2020. I have a better shot at keeping these than my non-reading related ones! #AuldLangReads
I don‘t get to watch tv much..so I binge watched #TheMorningShow (all night).
Two books...don‘t know which ones?
Stop thinking about work at home and invest my time wisely (finally starting my passion projects - writing and community driven, value add projects) @MoonWitch94
What a perfect way to start the year.
My goal is to read 35 Hours

Happy New Year! Here‘s a look at my 2019 stats! Audiobooks were my # 1 format again, and I beefed up my library check outs, which I‘m really happy about. My Sci-fi reading jumped up as my Fantasy reading went down from my 2018 stats. I didn‘t read as many Memoirs or Non-Fiction as 2018 either, but my general Fiction reading increased (in part to rereading almost all of the Austen books). We‘ll see what I feel like reading in 2020!
2019 was not a great year so I‘m excited for 2020. Hoping for all good things for all my Litten friends!
