My #doublespin for this month was a book for Ellie‘s (our daughter who will be arriving in May) library. For the rest of the time I‘m pregnant, I want to read children‘s books from my collection and choose my favorites to include in her first library in her nursery 😊 this was my first read and I really enjoyed what a simple, but heartfelt, story it is ❤️

After enjoying a good chunk of Sense and Sensibility, I‘m diving into this fantasy novel I checked out from the library recently! Has anyone read this one?

Rereading this each January has become a favorite tradition of mine ❄️😊 It‘s a nice way to begin each new year‘s reading adventures! And the illustrations are gorgeous 🩵

Here is my first #bookspin list of 2025! I did this one a little differently. There‘s space for mood reads and also for reading books that will end up in our daughter, Ellie‘s, nursery library once she arrives in May! And, of course, plenty of fantasy reads 🐉

A question for Litsy friends! This year, I closed my online store, where I sold bookmarks & things. I‘m not re-opening, but I have leftover inventory. My hope is to put anything earned towards releasing new editions of my books! Would anyone be interested?

I took advantage of a lazy Sunday to rip the band-aid off with this one. I was really hoping to enjoy it, but it‘s just poorly written. It was, however, a gold mine for #wintergames word search words and bingo squares, so that‘s something 😂 It also crossed off the letter P for #ChristmasAtoZ 🎄

Enjoying a little cozy reading time tonight 😊 I love the illustrations in this story!

I read one of my favorite stories again for a couple of reasons this month! It was my #bookspin but I am also pregnant!!! My mom read to me throughout her whole pregnancy, and I want to carry on that tradition! What better book to start with than this?! My hubby and I are so excited to welcome our little hobbit next May!! 😊🥳💜

It‘s still in progress, but I‘m mixing a little holiday stitching in with my reading of the tagged book today! 😄🦈🎄

Not feeling well today, so I‘m taking that as a sign to cozy up under a blanket and enjoy some books for the #cozyreads readathon 📚🍁

I had read this once before, but forgotten most of it, so this reread was a lovely reminder of what a delightful story this is! Highly recommend 🚂📚

I had no idea that both of these were such chunksters!! 975 for the tagged and almost 700 for The Book of Elsewhere! These will keep me busy for awhile 🤣

This was such a fun middle-grade read! I‘ll be getting the rest of the series from my library once I read some of my other library books 😊 Definitely recommend if you‘re looking for a light-hearted read!

For anyone feeling overwhelmed by their TBR pile! 📚📚📚

Has anyone else on Litsy tried the Caffeine and Legends book box? I received it as an early birthday gift and really love it! No clue what I‘ll think of the book, but all of the extra goodies are so fun! You can choose between tea, coffee, or hot chocolate and then there‘s usually a couple of other goodies! I‘m especially excited about the brown sugar saver 😍

What a fantastic book! The action kept me really engaged, but more than anything, it was great to get to spend more time with the characters from the original Star Wars movie trilogy (even if I can‘t quite get over the heartbreaking bits). I‘ll definitely be reading the rest of this series 💙📚

The weekend is off to a good start! Kitty snuggles, my book spin read (tagged), a cozy simmer pot, flowers from hubby, and a very serious dispute between Phil and I (top left) over who is, in fact, the rightful owner of that bookmark.
