Really bad writing can sometimes be amusing in a Mystery Science Theater 3000 way, but a bad story really annoys me.
I‘ll bail in a heartbeat if the story is so bad that I don‘t even care what happens.

Not as good as January. It was a busy and not great month, I was reading a couple of pages every day.
Good books this month though! That was positive
I also got Plus for my birthday 🤣

🤓Ok here is hoping I can pick up the slack I have been feeling lately. I went a little easy on myself with my choices this month and picked things I knew I would mostly likely fly through 😜

Another heartfelt story by one of my favorite authors. Alison Ragsdale captures your heart with her stories. They are always so realistic that I wonder if she has lived it or knows someone who has. Her books always make me shed tons of tears.

I love supporting my favorite small, romance bookstore, Heartbound Book Shop. ❤️ I wonder what I got?
#bookspin and #bookspinbingo for March: books set in Ireland, books by women, and books gifted to me in past years by Littens (thanks to swaps and such) because it‘s my birthday month. @TheAromaofBooks
My library checkouts for today. I told myself I was going to go inside, turn in one book, and not check out anything else…that didn‘t work! I‘m currently on a stack of five other books, one of those titles I just started today. The two graphic novels on the bottom of the stack shown here, I have no idea what they are about… But they‘ve just now become available again, and the art intrigues me. Black Phillip vibes!
Got a #bookspinbingo at the 11th hour last night. I‘ll be spending the rest of today on the couch reading toward March‘s books because I ran a 10 mile trail run this morning with 1500 feet of elevation (which probably means nothing to most of you but it was *hard*—and beautiful and made me feel super accomplished but I may not walk again for days!). I‘ve definitely earned my couch time! @TheAromaofBooks
#notbookrelated just goofing around- How long has this emoji for a hearing aid been here? I know I am not here much but yikes!! lol 😂🦻🏽just in time to tease my mom! She has only had hers about a month.

Even though I‘m not consistent with my five joys every week, it is one of my favorite Litsy events.
1. My husband (always)
2. Warmer temperatures and sunshine ☀️
3. Litsy (always)
4. My reading journal.
5. Reading (which is why I‘m a little less active lately)
🍀 HAPPY MARCH!! 🍀
Thanks to these Litsy folks for today‘s prompt:

1. My boys…always!
2. Medications. Between Xander and Zeke, I have a small pet pharmacy at my house.
3. Vet care. I visited the vet 3 times this week (Xander twice and Zeke once). They cut me a break with the most recent visit. And, my vet truly cares.
4. My parents. They brought me a meal and have helped me pick up medications and cover the costs of one of the visits.
5. Litsy. It has been my saving grace this week.
