I didn‘t listen to as much nonfiction as I hoped, but it was still a good month overall. I also fit in some great middle grade reads and a couple from the 1001 list.

Wait wait wait… it‘s December? Wow, where did this year go? November was not the month full of reads I had hoped it would be, but it is what it is. Im am looking forward to some holiday reads and some holiday time off. Anyways, here is my #BookSpinBingo list for December. Happy Reading everyone.

Whew! Got my #BookSpinBingo list together! And I‘m actually almost done with Christmas shopping, so I hope I‘ll have more time for reading! 😂

The In Death Series is probably my favorite series out there. Framed in Death is the 61st book in the series. When I read this series, I feel like I'm visiting old friends. Eve Dallas has grown so much since the first book. J D Robb has developed each character amazingly. Not only the MC's but the other characters as well.

Someone is killing and dressing the victims as paintings from some of the masters of art. Eve is tasked with ⬇️

Rumor has it that tomorrow is actually December 1st! So here‘s my #bookspinbingo list for the month. I‘m still being gentle with myself…. This is always such a busy and stressful month, that I don‘t want to chance reading becoming a “chore”! Thank you @TheAromaofBooks for continuing this fun and engaging monthly event!!

I‘ve started moving my list up every month and a book doesn‘t come off until I‘ve read it (or DNF and there‘s only been 1). As of right now, all but my December top 3 are from October, November, & December. So happy about moving so many books off my TBR this year! Thank you, Sarah! @TheAromaofBooks

Okay, the positives were the rural autumn Scottish setting and the LGBTQ+ representation…very awesome! The negatives are that I really didn‘t get invested in the characters and the spice was not very spicy. It just seemed like a lot of potential was missed. So, I didn‘t love it, but I didn‘t hate it either.
