40/100 For those of you unfamiliar with the excellent Tik Tok series, Hell's Belles, this is the prequel novel. You don't have to have watched the series to enjoy the book, but it does hit different if you have. Romantasy isn't my usual chosen genre, but this book was a rollercoaster ride, one minute laughing, the next crying, then blushing from the spice. Wow, and what spice 🌶🌶🌶 The author has a very vivid imagination, and her sex scenes ⬇️

RamsFan1963 are hot, graphic, explicit, but also funny and romantic. I don't think I can hype this up enough. If you enjoy romance, adventure, found family, smoking hot sex, demons and sharks, then you need to get this. 5 Big Fat Stars 🌟 #Read2025 #SeriesLove2025 TW: graphic sex, child abuse, cancer, warfare, physical injury 10h
Reggie Funny enough out of all that you had me at demons and sharks. Stacked. lol 7h

This is book three in the series and a continuation of Henry and Abbi's story. I enjoyed seeing Abbi come into her own. The plot was good and I liked that this book ended more organically than the first two. 4 🌟

Finished last Sunday for #NancyDrewBR but still digesting those exploding oranges! 🍊💥🙄 This one was just a bit over the top in the villains & their evil plans (soft spoilers): we had exploding oranges, a mansion with a secret laser “beamer” in a lab to shoot down a NASA rocket, wild animals to keep people away & a steaming swimming pool full of boiling water because you should always have “a special (spa?) treatment⬇️

DebinHawaii … for snoopers!” (Opening up the pores is important…) I was assuming there would be sharks with laser beams on their heads in there too but I guess that was in Austen Powers. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Best line, Ned: “I think I‘ve deactivated the machine in the laboratory, but a NASA expert had better check.” 🤓😂There were no knockouts so the #NNK is at 7/18 🤕but there was a group tear gas to the face at a photo op, so that‘s fun & different. 😉⬇️ (edited) 1d
DebinHawaii So, yes this one was a little 🍌👖at least the 1971 version & I remember none of it so I think maybe I didn‘t read this one growing up. Not a favorite but I can‘t wait for the discussion this week! (edited) 1d

Ruthiella This is as close to James Bond as we‘ve gotten so far, with the exception of that mini-sub in 1d
Librarybelle I did not realize the variety of oranges, which was a fun fact. Though, it makes sense—I live near a huge apple-producing part of PA, and am very aware of the multitude of apple varieties. 1d
ravenlee When kiddo and I reread the Nancy books there were just a couple we skipped. This was the main one. I couldn‘t face the exploding oranges again. 😆 23h

Like many others, this was my favorite of the series so far, despite my having some serious critiques. There are three mysteries involved and at least two aren't satisfactorily solved; there are so many plot holes, especially in the resolution of the story from The Brutal Telling. But at this point in the series probably most of us are reading for the characters, and oh, it's tragic and beautiful.

The 7th book in the Undead series (#SeriesLove2025) was a major shift in the series. This was darker than the previous entries. I am giving it a so-so because it wasn‘t what I was expecting. I will read the next book and see if I want to finish the series.

TheSpineView Great job! 🤩📖 4d

#2 in the #decoupagemystery series. This time the ending, the “ who dun it” took me by surprise. Lots of information in the world of decoupage & a little romance.Friendship & found family themes.#serieslove2025 #audiobook

A soft pick but an improvement on the last book. Two mysteries take place in this one. One is fully solved while the second needs some more details given to us.

I just adore this series and this is another fun installment! Finlay and Vero are so awesome, and let me just say, Mrs. Haggerty redeems herself in this one! If Cosimano keeps writing these books, I will keep reading them.
