Finished this one during my #AudioCommute to and from work. I don‘t think I‘m gonna keep going with this series as now she is pregnant and— well I don‘t care! I did like her family stuff but it‘s just too much.

Kinda got away from reading this. My friend and I were doing good, but “life” got in the way - I want to clean slate my “currently reading” so I am gonna take this one off, might jump back on to it. Not sure yet.

It was a great #BookToScreen adaptation. My only complaint is —- not enough Enzo. My hubby (who didn‘t read the book) also thoroughly enjoyed the movie.

Finished this one today - our plan is to see the movie tomorrow. I liked it. Not sure if I loved it as the way way end (where it tells you it will definitely have a sequel) felt pretty cheesy, but other than that I enjoyed it. Haven‘t heard much about if the movie hold up. #BookToScreen

Finished this one the other day (forgot to post). It didn't focus as much on the murder (as most cozies do) as it did on character/relationship building — but that being said, I enjoyed the character, her relationships with her husband, in-laws, and culture. The dips into the Spanish idioms were especially enjoyable (since I, although I am a different type of Latina, share similar sayings). Also, the food sounded lovely!

I picked this one on a whim as a quick #AudioCommute Book because my new job requires a little more driving than my old one (really, it was a 10-15 minute difference), but more days a week. Anyway, finished this one quickly. It was kinda predictable, and I hated every character, but, it passed the time.

Finished this a few days ago, but have been enjoying reading everyone's comments on the #HashtagBridgade. This book was WILD. So many twists, so many of the “what is happening? “s. I really enjoyed it! Thanks @BarkgingMadRead for leading us through it (still reading the comments :) )

It was okay. I like other AJ Pine's Audible Original Romance books a bit better, so I am gonna say so-so. Also, it's not very spicy, which is fine, but it might have made it slightly better?

Love this tradition :) It started with my grandmother, who used to read this to me every December 1st when I was younger, and then she gifted me a couple of copies of it throughout the years. We had very little in common other than our love for reading. This reading from Hugh Grant was perfect! Also was able to get some work done around the house :)

EHH. So the MC was just horrible! Like JUST HORRIBLE, there was a bit towards the end that I had seriously considered #DNF because I couldn't read another one of “will he kill me“ monologues. But I slugged through. The ending was --- eh. I am gonna say it's a “no“ from me.

Lobster is NOT impressed.

I gotta say “so-so”. Sure the writing is beautiful, but would I recommend it to anyone? No. It‘s too much. Even though the ending wasn‘t what I expected- it wasn‘t enough to encourage others to get there.

Finished this #Audio early this morning. It was super quick. Finished it quickly while doing chores yesterday (I had been low-censused put on call), which I ALWAYS hate!

Anyway, the dynamic of the siblings was a bit disturbing - but believable. Families are complicated.

It was one of the books that I read way too young for my brain to fathom what was going on, but oh how i loved it! And then fell in love with horror and all things #StephenKing.

Finished this one the other day. I haven't been able to send it yet because (well, I lost my wallet, so I am waiting for all that to come in the mail - it's super annoying). Anyway probably by Wednesday. This one is between “so-so“ and a “pick“ because off the body stuff (you will see my point in the annotation)

This was a cute quick audible original that had a lot of nostalgia for me. I have been trying to better at staying away from doom scrolling - which a bit part of this book talked about how much life was simpler in 99. I agree!

I know this is an older series- but—- I just devoured it last week, and it was great! #BookToScreen

If y‘all have Netflix I definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed this one- picked it up because the Barnes and Nobel bookseller told me it was up my alley (based on our quick convo and other books I was purchasing) and boy was he right.
