We do not care that this book would have made a fabulous holiday gift, but it doesn't come out until January. We also do not care that we suffered yet another vertigo episode yesterday and have been dealing with it for over 30 years.

We also do not care that we are in no way ready for the holidays re: gifts, cards, decorations ... it all seems so overwhelming this year.

Care to share your “we do not cares?“ I'd love to hear 'em!

DGRachel OH! #3 - the whole world feels overwhelming right now. Fortunately it‘s just me and my mom and we basically quit doing Christmas. Neither one of us is good at waiting to give gifts to the other person so we buy them, and within two days it‘s like “here. Merry Christmas” and it‘s September 30th. 🤣🤣 The tree is up and has lights on it. There will be no ornaments. We‘re done. 🤣😂🤣😂🤣 1d

Bklover I got the shirt on Melani‘s TikTok shop. I had a lady come up to me in Walmart to tell me that she‘s in the WDNC club too. Apparently there are a lot of us! 💙💙 4h

ravenlee Thanks for the sentiment - but it‘s mostly kiddo‘s Nutcracker commitments and my Christmas gigs causing all the stress, none of which is negotiable. 😖 The rest of the presents and family stuff is its own headache, of course, but I just fake it as I go. 7m

Evie arrives to do her SAT tutoring session with a wealthy teen and finds the parents brutally murdered and a woman tied up in a closet. Then their daughter and her boyfriend arrive, prompting Evie and the woman to run, now as the #1 suspects. A bit thrillery but more than that, as the women get to know each other. I found this riveting and didn‘t want to stop listening. #TOB26

April 2025 #Book 5 last book read that month.
This was for #CBBC I think the book sent was the second in the series but I wanted to read first book #1.
The typical cozy mystery. Here the mystery and plot was related with knitting 🧶 which I don‘t do but it was interesting. The murder was more violent I could say than the typical cozy stories I have read. I already read book #2. 3⭐️

I enjoyed this book inspired my true events. I was absorbed in the book but also I was searching for some historical events. I like the author‘s writing style. Love the cover. After I finished the book, I bought three more books by this author. Couldn‘t finish them this month but looking forward to read them later. 3.8/4⭐️

Gissy @Amiable That edition has like 503 and then the acknowledgement and then the first chapter of a new novel😳so it will be more pages. I didn‘t want to read that first chapter because I bought the book and I will read it later. The book has deckled pages, which I love, and usually they looked like book have less pages. 1w
