1&2 - For me this book covers it, the other close choice was the graphic novel / animation Dilbert, where sometimes things are so absurd that you just have to laugh about it.

1) As an attorney, I routinely have to deal with attorneys on the opposite side of my case. I hate it when I lose my temper with them because they are rude or lie or speak down to me because I‘m a woman. I wish I could keep my cool and often I can. But sometimes I just lose it. 🤬
2) Griet is 16 and a new maid to artist Vermeer‘s family. She‘s struggling with the job and wants to go home even though she does the same work there.
I. I‘ve had a variety of jobs since I started working in 1966, but I retired from the last one - education director - in 2022. What I least liked was the job expectations of the higher authorities, and personnel turnovers.
II. 9 to 5 (movie) with Parton, Fonda, and Tomlin

1. I‘m retired! However…willful ignorance on the part of my colleagues used to drive me crazy!
