My 2nd May #SeasonalCozies pick was just ok, but at least I finished reading it. I'm not even sure what I didn't like about it, but it didn't seem to be as well thought out as other cozy mysteries I've read. I understand that there needed to be several characters in order for there to be confusion over who committed the crime, but I feel like some of them were just hastily added to the story.

First time doing #bookspin 📚 I wanted to join in since one of the few things distracting me during this time is books. Gonna try and push myself to read as much as I can for #bookspinbonanza

This is a super fun read. With a hilarious sleuth, a twisted town and a murder mystery that had me in the dark until the end about who the killer was, this was the perfect read to get lost in for the weekend. Love that it's a series.

16 books read, including my first audiobook (Not My Father's Son) and my first bail of 2018 (Lolita).
5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 reads, my favourite being The Map of Salt and Stars by Jennifer Zeynab Joukhadar.

Total books read 2018 : 69 (more than double the number of books I read over the whole of last year).
