#5joysFriday well, it was/is teacher appreciation week. I felt very loved each day this week. 🥰💛

1. Learning about the Merlin 🐦 app from @monalyisha last week. I listened to the birds in my yard & was impressed it could identify them. Even a 🦆down by the water.
2. Babies reading. This is my great-niece 💕
3. I got the last of my #LitsyLove responses out on Monday day. 💛

~ haircut- new growth coming in curly! ( lost lots of hair after surgery this past autumn)
~ making packing list for plane flight to CA next Thursday the 16th for a family wedding and reunion
~new bombass compression socks for flight.

~ teacher appreciation week:fed:food truck, catered lunch,breakfast,snacks,cupcakes-won a begonia plant(gifted it to my custodian,who adored it),
student letters.

* I had energy this week, which can be hard to come by in the spring when my Lyme symptoms flare up
* My acupuncturist is a miracle worker
* Spring is officially here
* Sold my little cabin by a lake - happy/sad about it. Was my peace-filled spot after a divorce 10 years ago.
* Sold it to a young woman, a family friend, who will love the place as much as I did at a price she could afford.

1. Found a couple perfect pints of strawberries at the grocery store this week.
2. Mystik Dan was my pick for the Kentucky Derby. He won the race.
3. Got some awesome Star Wars themed mugs and coffees from Bones Coffee.
4. Started making progress on #ReadYourKindle.
5. Wrote a review for a perfume oil on Etsy today. The shopkeeper liked my description so much she said I should be a writer. Made my day.

1. My daughter got one of the highest scores possible for her end of year Biology exam, which is a graduation requirement! So proud of her!
2. The scale finally budged for me after plateauing for quite a while on my weight loss journey. Down 21 lbs so far!
3. Tried new things at CrossFit this week.
4. Got a Kindle for an early Mother‘s Day gift 😁
5. Got back on track with drawing practice after missing it for a bit.

1. I turned in my last assignment for my MLIS!
2. Crohn‘s symptoms have improved enough that my GI says I can stay on my current medication!
3. Trip to Des Moines for the MAC conference went well.
4. April, as always, is the best cat (My opinion is *very* biased).
5. Listening to the tagged book on audio (so interesting) and talking to my mom about books.
