I‘m so giddy that I need to share this with y‘all. My fiancé got his PhD today from University of Chicago! I am so, so happy and so proud of him!! Now he will have time to read for fun!!!

Oh my! This morning, I saw how close I was to 20,000, so have been stalking the number all morning - good time to catch up on everyone's posts! While the number doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things, I can't help but be humbled and awestruck by it. I have met so many wonderful people on Litsy, both in person and virtually. I love swapping book ideas and chatting bookish things. The perfect place for an introvert like me. Thank you!

This just happened, and I caught it. I absolutely love Litsy and talking with you Littens. This is what social media should be - a happy gathering of book lovers. I love all the readathons and readalong a (though Scarlett is pouting because she's on hold for the moment as I finish up some other non GWTW books.
