It's been really hard to finish books with 2 small kids but I powered through this one! It was a tad predictable and I think it could have been a little shorter. Otherwise I really enjoyed this book, it was sufficiently creepy for me!

I thought this was informative and had a lot of good resources for further learning. Since being diagnosed I've done a lot of research so it wasn't all new, but the way it was presented was much better than other books I've read.
This is a fun series. I enjoy how much personality the cat has, and because most people assume it's someone in a cat costume 😆
I finished these close together so I combined them. Attacknon titan continues to be brutal and bleak. Also I finally finished FMA. It's taken me years to do it. I enjoyed it even if I don't fully remember everyone anymore.
Catching up a little on things I've finished the past couple weeks. Switching to one book at a time has really helped while taking care of a 5 week old. This was interesting but slow at the same time, and wasn't what I thought it would be but in a good way!
I wanted to let everyone know in my #lmpbc groups that I'll have to mail back both books without finishing them. My son Howl was born at the end of June and I won't have time to read them. @magyklyXdelish @mklong @cwarnier @Johanna414 @GondorGirl @peanutnine
I liked the ideas in this book but I thought the characters could use work. The characters don't really get developed until the end and they seem like caricatures. I did like the ending, Sorry it took so long @peanutnine , I'll mail it out today. @GondorGirl @Johanna414 #lmpbc group j
This was a little long for me but it picked up towards the end. I enjoyed that it wasn't your typical take on Romeo and Juliet. Sorry it took so long to read! I mailed this out yesterday @cwarnier . @mklong @magyklyXdelish #lmpbc group Q
This book was a little slow at times but it was cute. I also like how it showcased strong women. I mailed this out yesterday @peanutnine so you should get it next week! @GondorGirl @Johanna414 #lmpbc group j
As someone who's been part of a community garden for years I really enjoyed this book. My son really wanted to flip through the book even though he can't read yet 😆
This book was dense but good. It's part memoir part his musings on different aspects of the universe. It reminded me of Startalk without the comedian co hosts.
For some reason this book offended me. Not everyone with adhd is the same in terms of organization/disorganization. Also it's very outdated and expects everyone to have a large house!
This had some graphic descriptions of war which could be hard at times, but I enjoyed it. The author got drafted to serve a year in Vietnam, and this is hia story about that year.
This was predictable but fun. I enjoyed the dynamic the two main characters had. I also enjoyed how there was a low key question of adhd since I'm currently exploring that too.
I didn't love this book but I do enjoy how it ended. I just wish it had been a little bit faster paced. Sorry it took so long @cwarnier . I'll go to the post office tomorrow. It was good timing, I got the next book from @mklong in the mail today 🙂 @magyklyXdelish #lmpbc group Q
I'm playing catch up with a bunch of books I forgot to post about. This one is probably only interesting if you live in Madison. I've been to most of these restaurants and have seen Tori plenty of times at Farmers market. It was fun to here more of the chefs' stories.
This was a cute story about 2 teens whose parents own rival restaurants who end up getting closer despite the risk. I finished this last week and mailed it today to you @peanutnine , sorry for the delay! @GondorGirl @Johanna414 #lmpbc Group J
This was a funny take on early parenthood. I thought it was amusing but a little confusing to sort between real advice and silly things. I'm not sure who it's aimed towards but it was entertaining having already gone through that stage once.
Sorry it's taken me so long Group J, I realized I needed to buy some romance options to pick from! Let me know which of these sounds the best/you haven't read. @peanutnine @Johanna414 @GondorGirl #lmpbc
Sorry it's taken me so long to find options Group Q! I have a lot more BOTM books than I thought! Let me know what sounds best! I have plenty more to choose from if no one likes these. #lmpbc @magyklyXdelish @mklong @cwarnier
There was so much action packed into these two volumes! I'm getting close to the end of the series and I'm curious to find out what happens!
I really like this collection of short stories and poems. It highlights struggles but also acceptance and pride for people's bodies and sexual orientation. A great read.
Thank you for the very generous #swoonathon swap package @Ddzmini ! All the Hawaiian items like the postcards and bookmarks make me want to go even more now! The other bookmarks are so pretty and delicate! I've never tried that Toblerone flavor and the books look interesting! @MidnightBookGirl @kimmypete1
This is on the way to you @peanutnine , it should get there Monday. Due to Covid I was unable to go to the post office for a long time but I finally got the chance. I hope you enjoy! #swoonathanswap @MidnightBookGirl @kimmypete1
Contuing my Covid catchup with books, I finished this in the last couple weeks. I really enjoy how one of the author's characters is always somewhere on the spectrum. It reframes what a romance can mean. This book in particular really made me question if I should be evaluated myself. A great book!
This was a weird book but it tells a fun story. It's a noir fiction about someone stalking Brent Spiner as his daughter from an episode of TNG. It wasn't what I expected but it was fun to get a little memoir inserted into this crazy plot.
This book had a good collection of stories surrounding motherhood. This includes loss and the struggles of parenting but also the joy.
This book was a lot of fun. It goes through every season and talks about some of the iconic episodes as well as some of the decisions that were made about costumes, props etc. From the cast interviews you can tell they all loved being a part of this fantastic show.
This was a funny premise for a book. The woman pictured takes in a kitten she found and it turns into this large cat who cares for her since she's a mess. It reminds me of the Way of the Househusband but with a cat 😆
I really enjoyed this book. Its about the author Krys snd his journey with transitioning after having carried a child. The pictures wete nice and the writing great. It was fun to read this while cuteently being pregnant.
I really liked the comic and the show of this but they are a little different. In the comic's he solves mysteries in his spare time, and can feel people's emotions. I can't wait to read more!
I really enjoyed this book and how it was organized. I only knew of Cokie through NPR, but there's so much more to her life and memory than that, as writeen by her husband. She sounded like a great person to know.
I forgot to post this from a couple days ago..This is the story of a boy who comes to live with shape shifting cats when his parents died. It's weird but fun, but didn't blow me away
I liked the cocept of this and it was very cute. It was pretty slow and could be hard to follow at times. I am glad I read it. Sorry it took so long @booksellerofyourdiscontent ! I'll maill it out this week. @LibrarianRyan @Jadams1776 #lmpbc
I liked where this book went eventuality but it took a while to get there. Like other reviewers I thought it was odd these girls are in high school. It really seems like this should be set at a college. The end saved this for me, it took me a while to get through it but I'm glad I did.
I thought the tone of the book was a little angry but it has important information. I knew what they do with books, which is why i don't by books on Amazon. Sometimes they're a necessary evil, it's hard to want to quit Goodreads!
As someone who has listened to Welcome to Nightvale for years, I really enjoyed this. This told the story of their relationship one year at a time from each of them. It's a fun take on a memoir/love story. I recommend it!
This seemed to be a random assort of albums the author liked but I enjoyed it. There were more obscure artists and also Taylor Swift on the list. I also liked that there were 3 other albums to check out similar to the listed one.
This book was so good! It's about a boy who's been bullied for years by the same person. Him and his mom go away for a bit and it does wonders. At the same time he has these dreams about his grandfather who was a pow/mia from Vietnam, and it's not what you expect!
I wasn't sure about this at first but it really grew on me. There's a college who recruits some of the women to a secret society. It's based on science and they get to go on missions to save the world!
I missed posting about this last week and wanted to mention it because i thought it actually had really good advice! Especially about taking a step back and realizing you can't compare to someone else because you're different people with different circumstances. And remembering soical media is the highlight, not every day. I still check myself when I find myself comparing or getting jealous of others
The tagged manga was cute, it's about two men traveling around the world to determine if they should get married. It's a lot of fun. I've also read some food wars and FMA, but litsy doesn't have 20-22 listed. Things are really heating up!
This book took me a while to read because I couldn't get into the writing style or the main character's personality. It got a little better by the endt at least.
Thank you @rsteve388 for the great #AllHallowsEveSwap gifts! I've wanted to read the tagged book for years and your picks look great! Also I love pins and bookmarks!
This was a lot of fun to read! I enjoyed the main character and his demon dog. I think i'll keep reading more! This was sent to you @booksellerofyourdiscontent on Monday! #lmpbc group m. @LibrarianRyan @Jadams1776
I thought this was a fun book. It was a good motivator and reminder that any running is better then none, and you shouldn't compare yourself to other people. I finished this a day before my first race in 2 years so it was a well timed read 🙂
This seemed like it was just a compilations of the web comics. The humor wasn't quite my style but i liked that there were recipes.
This was a fun read about a guy who woke up as his videogame character. Now he goes on quests while trying to get home. Good pick @LibrarianRyan ! #lmpbc
