This was my #bookhaul from a library sale a few weeks ago! I also got my husband, the philosophy professor, a super fun and nerdy coloring book 😆

I‘m long overdue for a reread on this one! I first read it over a decade ago when I worked at Borders (I still mourn the loss of that job 😢). It was a staff favorite and one that I would recommend to any customer who was looking for something different, something a little bizarre, or something that would immediately hook them.

I was thrilled to come across this at a library sale the other day. My husband has a doctor‘s appointment, so I thought I‘d revisit my childhood while in the waiting room!

My latest library book and my favorite reading buddy, Hank. I‘m not very far into this one, so I‘m not quite sure how I feel yet. I will say that I have to take little breaks. It‘s not a book I could read in one sitting. I‘m looking forward to seeing where the story goes.

I picked this one up at a used bookstore in Asheville yesterday! I‘ve been wanting to read it for awhile now!

I was so excited when I saw that this was my #bookspin for April. I‘ve reread certain sections multiple times, but this was only my second time reading it all the way through. I cannot adequately express how much I love this novel. I‘ve never laughed out loud and cried so many times while reading a book. Cyril Avery has become one of my favorite literary characters of all time.

Here‘s my #bookspin stack for April! There are so many books I‘ve been wanting to revisit over the years, but I rarely let myself because I feel like I should be reading all of my unread ones first! So, for this month I decided to split my stack. Half are rereads, half are off of my TBR shelves!

So, I am a huge #gilmoregirls fan. The other day I was watching an episode, and Emily is reading the tagged book. It‘s one of my favorite scenes in the series. I saw it at a used bookstore yesterday and couldn‘t resist picking it up!

Wow. This book made me feel all the things. I absolutely loved it. It was exactly what I needed right now!

I‘m really enjoying this one so far! I‘ve had it on my shelf for so long, and I‘m glad it‘s my #bookspin this month.

I‘ve poured my first cup of coffee, and I‘m diving into my weekend TBR stack. I‘m over halfway through Gilead and Disability Visibility, and the tagged book is wonderful so far!

I finished my February #bookspin! It was one I could have easily read in two days, but I‘m so glad I took my time with it. It‘s such a beautiful story and one I‘ll be thinking about for quite awhile. I also had the best company while reading!

I enjoyed the first three books, so I‘m taking advantage of quiet time at work and listening to this one!

I am beyond excited to start this one! Matt Haig is one of my favorite writers, and this novel sounds amazing!

I decided to read this before The Haunting of Bly Manor is released on Netflix. I‘m really looking forward to the show. I thought The Haunting of Hill House was amazing!

This morning I visited my local indie bookstore for the first time since March. It was nice to browse the shelves, and I ended up with a nice #bookhaul! Gilead is one of those books I feel like I should have read by now, especially after working in bookstores for a decade.

Hank is keeping me company this morning while I read! I‘ve been in such a reading slump, and I‘m hoping this collection can help pull me out of it.

I‘ve had such a hard time reading these past few months. I don‘t think I‘ve finished a book since the beginning of March. I‘ve been unable to concentrate on anything. For the first time in a long time, I‘ve actually had the urge to sit down and read something. I‘ve heard great things about this one. I have missed books so much. And Litsy!

I‘m getting a late start to #24b4Monday, but I‘m going to do my best to get through these! I‘m loving The Holdout and Catch and Kill so far!

I went to the library yesterday! I‘ve been reading a lot of heavier books, so I decided to add two middle grade titles to the stack. I asked Hank to help me choose which one to start with, but he didn‘t offer much assistance.

Sunday morning coffee and a book! I am loving this one so far!

I‘ve been reading a lot of heavier books lately, and I wanted something different. I did not expect to love this one as much as I did. It‘s surprisingly sweet and wonderfully quirky. It made me laugh, and it made me tear up. I will definitely be reading more of his work!

As a reward for surviving a super stressful week at work, I treated myself to a book at our new indie bookstore. A new book and a beer is one of my favorite ways to unwind!

Saturday morning reading! I have a new favorite candle and am loving the Alice in Wonderland coffee mug my husband bought me!

Happy New Year, Littens! For their honeymoon my brother and sister in law went to Italy for two weeks. These books were part of my Christmas gift! Now I just need to learn Italian!
