I DID IT!! I pushed through the weekend having sparse conversations with my husband and leaving him to take care of our kids. I woke up at 6 to get my last 10 hours of reading in since we have tickets for The Lion King tonight. I‘m so happy I made it before the movie. I‘m so tired but this weekend was worth it. I‘ll post an update on my blog later with the summary of books read 🤗

Um, I did it!!! I wasn‘t 100% sure I‘d get there but I made it! I read 4 entire books and got about halfway through 2 more, I‘m proud of me! #24in48

I successfully finished #24in48 (with time to spare in my time zone)! 🙌🏻 I guess the third time is the charm.

I read 3.5 audiobooks and 2.5 ebooks and had a whole lot of fun. Now, it‘s time for bed.

Whew! The past two days have been a whirlwind. Fun, but unexpectedly exhausting. I was able, in 24 hours 5 minutes and 28 seconds, to finish the 6 books shown. I also made a dent in Return of the King. Of the 6 I finished, the Firefly book was the best (OMG was it good!). Veronica Mars (my only audiobook), Saga, and Forever in Blue were fabulous too. And now I'm gonna get some sleep. 😌

I survived the first day back in work, the children were there in body but not in mind 😂

Workout done, chores done and now I can relax and have a read 💜 oh and thaw out as the classroom was freezing all day and my workout didn't even defrost my feet❄

My 5000 word report is finished and handed in (I know that's nothing compared to some essays but it was big for me!) Prepare for all of my posts from the last three days in the space of an hour 😂

My brain is mush and I can read no more. I made it just over 24 hours though! The horizontal books are the ones I completed (I was already half way through Catching Fire) and the vertical are the ones I started.

I always feel so accomplished after a #24in48 #readathon weekend. 😁

My 2017 goal was 45 books, but I managed to surpass it and read 50! Y‘all are an inspiration and I hope I can read even more in 2018. I feel like I‘m approaching a slump though, so the beginning of the year might be a little slow. Happy New Year and all the best for 2018!

For all of you who were wondering; I PASSED my national exam and now am an advanced care paramedic! Thank you all who checked in with me and thank you Litsy for being my down time while studying. Now to read ALL the books.

Well, it's done and I'm getting better at this every time I do it! I am thrilled with what I was able to get read for @24in48 's readathon. And most importantly I was able to knock out 2 books for @bookriot 's Read Harder Challenge!! But the big bonus was winning a prize for the Diverse Books challenge. 🎉 Thanks to everyone on Litsy and the amazing admins from 24in48 for the great event. I can't wait for the next one!

I did it! #24in48 and some change so I could finish the chapter I was on! Yay! 🎉🎉🎉 I will put a recap post together but I was able to read: 1 audio book, 2-ebooks, 1 print book, finish 1 comics volume (3 of the 4 issues during the #readathon), 2 chapters of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, & 8 chapters (about 1/3) of a library book. Most importantly, I had fun & loved seeing what everyone was doing.💜 How'd it go for everyone?!
