I bought the only Jenny Lawson book I didn't already own and had it personalized 😂

12-31-20: My Goodreads year in books! I set a goal of 80 and surpassed that! Yay!!🎉📖🎊
I haven't read this one yet, but she autographed this one to me too! #FangirlingSoHard
"Sometimes up is down and sometimes down is up and ... "

1-1-20: How Ollie and I are spending New Year‘s night, plus rewatching last season of Schitt‘s Creek 😂😹🎨🖍
1-1-20: Happy New Year to all!! Here are my Goodreads totals! I had set my goal for 80 and read 30 over that, I can‘t believe it! I‘m proud but also thankful for the ability to read because it helps so much with my anxiety. Here‘s to a new year with more great books and less anxiety. 🎆📖💖
Got my new mug & tote from The Bloggess‘s soon-to-be new bookshop! Plus a bonus book plate. 😁
7-6-19:Loving this manual/coloring book by Jenny Lawson. It really is a relaxing hobby. 👍🏼💖🎨📖
Watching some tv with hubby and doing a little colouring self care with Jenny Lawson. She just gets me. Or I get her. Whatever.
A recent Book Outlet haul. I wanted the Jenny Lawson book so much, I‘m glad I found it.

Snow storms coming ( maybe???) and I'm gonna be lazy. Doing some coloring, reading and maybe some baking today. #MinneSNOWta
I‘m exhausted but also wired. Coloring it is!
Coloring, drinking beer and waiting for dominos. Am I back in college 🤔?
This is a really fun book and great way to take your mind off of not so pleasant things. Tough day today, but this helped 😊
I love this book! Full of beautiful doodled illustrations that am itching to color in, but this is the library‘s copy. It also has many thoughts, poems, musings meant to engage your creative mind.
I‘m participating in the Winter BiAnnual Bibliothon! Check out my blog (www.dorkieholliereads.wordpress.com) for more details and information on how to join in with me!! These and one other book (Otherworld by Jason Siegel and Kristen Miller) are the books I‘m gonna be attempting to read in January 20-26!! Wish me luck! I‘m a slow reader. Lol.
@hyperhawlk and I are huge Jenny Lawson fans, so she bought us both this great book. It's part meditation, part coloring book, and all Jenny Larson. I'm looking forward to exploring it more!
Jenny Lawson posted this on her blog tonight. It's been a tough week for me, and this is exactly what I needed to read right now. Maybe it will help some of you, too.
Coloring and binge watching Friends. Y'know, this show did not give me unrealistic expectations of romantic relationships, but it certainly gave me unrealistic expectations of adult friendships.
Today hasn't been the best, anxiety-wise. Taking a break for some coloring 🖍️✏️
My favorite page so far. "Anchor me. Ground me. Keep me safe and sound. But drag me down--she said--and I will cut you." A good, much needed reminder to let go of the things that drag you down.
I started off 2017 excited about all the books & reading challenges & being active on Litsy, & then life happened. I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, my grandmother died, I am no longer speaking to my dad after discovering he has a son that he's never met or supported in any way & was never planning to tell me about, & this school year has nearly caused me to throw the 8 years I've been on this teaching career path out the window.
" Smile at everyone that you see, it breeds happiness and makes your enemies paranoid." Jenny Lawson
Another excellent product from Jenny Lawson. I discovered this coloring book to have a supportive, encouraging, and loving feel. Although, page 54 had me LOL 😂 and texting a picture of the page to my husband...who responded that I was being silly.
I went to the bookstore in search of some books to inspire two graduates celebrating their big 🚀. After agonizing about why this book would be great, but would be ignored, and that would be better but would be dismissed, but what about this one I loved, but I'm old and they're young ... I stumbled across this and had to buy it for myself. Time to give myself a hug today.
I'm only on the first coloring page of this book, but its so entirely Jenny that I love it already.
I have a laundry list of things to do today(including laundry) and I decided it would be a good idea to color and listen to #truthwitch instead 😬
I started my birthday with a perfect gift from a truly lovely person and a hearty bout of snort-laughing to the honest words of Jenny Lawson. I've no doubt it's going to be a year full of laughter and adventure.
Listen to that tiny voice inside your head.
#mentalhealthawarenessweek
This is the best dedication I've ever seen!!😂👍 I absolutely love and 100% get Jenny Lawson's sense of humor!
You Are Here is something only Jenny could create. A combination of inspiration, therapy, coloring, humor, and advice.
Some of the material is dark, some is light; some is silly and profane and irreverent. Gathered together, this is life, happening right now, all around, in its messy glory, as only Jenny Lawson could show us.
I would tag this as #AudioColoring, but I was actually watching A Knight's Tale.
The second reading nook print I picked up during #Independentbookstoreday It is called Lost and Found and was inspired by Jenny's new book. I really love this one, which came from stop 2, The Book Cellar. #CHIBD17 #getindie #indiebookstore #AprilBookShowers @RealLifeReading
Had a great day with my daughter at #IndieBookstore Day. It was also Tacoma's Wayzgoose Letterpress and Book Arts Festival. I got my Jenny Lawson print, July's book club selection, another book for fun, and a T-shirt screen printed. I love my local independent bookstore. #AprilBookShowers
Sunday evenings make me anxious. So I'm hiding on my bed with Jenny Lawson, coloring and watching cooking shows on YouTube. She gets me.
I treated myself today. I have a feeling I'll be referencing this quite a bit, especially since the book is dedicated to her anxiety!
yaaaay! i just ordered Jenny Lawson's newest book from bookpeople.com, a bookstore in Austin where she stops by every few weeks to sign books for people. who knew! 👍👍👍
