I picked up this preserving book at a local farm when I attended a class this summer. I am a beginner and love this book. It is simple and straightforward. It has good basic guidelines for preservation.
11 jars of plum jam are in a water bath right now!
The authors listed are the ones who revised the book. It is put out by the Cooperative Extension-of the University of Georgia.

I enjoyed this retelling. The story itself is dark so this strange modern twist was quite fitting. Finished it up at the retreat at the lake this weekend. Binged it.

On our road trip to California I had a great discussion with my kids (11,12, & 15) about cost of living and housing prices.
Then I was assigned this for Sociology. Go figure. Serendipitous. And I am grateful to be reading this at my house.

Mr Bingley, my sister‘s barn kitty, decided my reading time was nonsense and I should do better things with my coffee time.., like pet him.
We were able to compromise.

Currently Reading: too many at one time! 😝 I have to add some pleasure reads with my brain reads.

Solid four star. New fantasy world but relatable. I enjoyed the bard‘s tale which wove the story together with multiple points of view without being confusing.
