I always read the Booker winner, but I had a hard time finding this one. Hubby found it in a bookstore in Ireland. It arrived yesterday all the way from Galway. I hope it was worth the hunt. It‘s on my TBR for those lazy holiday pajama days. #BookMail

IT‘S HERE! IT ARRIVED!! 🔔🔔🔔 And I‘m off work today (I‘m a firm believer in using alllllll your PTO, even if you don‘t have any plans with it. Use it!). This is just perfect!! #FridayHappyReadingHour is here! Enjoying some Coke Zero along with this book from my TBR pile. Funny story: I was hoping to start the book I ordered last Friday night, but no. I‘ve been watching the tracking history on it and it got to the post office 5 miles from my house which usually means the next stop is my local post office and then it‘s out for delivery. It‘s a dangerous business, reading the emails Blackwell‘s sends me… especially when the book that snags my attention doesn‘t even come up with a “notify me” option on Libby… WHAT IS A GIRL TO DO?
