It is a book and beverage day! 💜☕️📘
#Chatterday2025 @AllDebooks
I just finished my first cup of coffee. Right now, I'm resting on the couch in the sun room. My fur babies are chewing on a new bone I got them. Once it warms up, I plan to read in my hammock. Still not very mobile, so will rest most of the day.
Let's call it a "book and beverage" day. ???☕️?

Here is my #BookSpinBingo #BookSpin list for April. So many books to read next month!

This book was lackluster for me. I didn't get the characters. In fact, there were times their actions didn't make sense. While I have read other books by this author, this one just fell short. 2.5 🌟

I enjoyed this one. I liked the age gap between the characters and that the story was told from a dual POV. I liked that the FMC was strong though I wished she had been honest with Casey at the start it could have saved them both some heart ache. Great addition to this series. 4🌟

#SeriesLove2025 @Andrew65 ##Read2025 @DieAReader #LitsyLoveReads @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @TieDyeDude @Read4life This is book 3 in the series and can be read out of order. Total fluff, but the plot and characters were good. 3.5🌟

Sorry I missed March. Tagging the Littens who played recently. However, all are welcome. Just post a poem, quote, song, etc that you feel matches the prompt and be sure to tag me. @TheSpineView

This is the conclusion to Binding 13. Loved it just as much as the first book. The author got you inside of the characters' heads. Great descriptive prose and a kick ass plot. It had all the feels. 5🌟 These books have to read in order. #SeriesLove2025 @Andrew65 #LitsyAtoZ2025 book title addition @Texreader
Cute story, but nothing special. While I liked the characters, I thought the plot was predictable. 3.5🌟 #LetterK on my author #LitsyAtoZ2025 challenge. @texreader
Please accept my apologies that we skipped a month. Health issues prevented me from doing a lot of things. Anyway, I am picking up where we left off with voting. The winner is Rabbits by Terry Miles. My library has it and I see used copies on Amazon at low as $6.59 and ebay starting at $4.72.

Happy Tuesday everyone! Spring is almost here, at least on the calendar. A few spring inspired questions today. All are welcome to play!
My answers:
1. I love all flowers; however, Phlox are my favorite in spring. I just wish they bloomed all summer.

Well, it's not the best showing. Most are well before my time. Though the ones I have seen are mainly because my mother liked watching the old movies.

Another word that is not necessarily weird; however, it is new to me.
I was excited to read this book; yet, it was a disappointment. I never connected with the characters, and I felt it dragged. It would have been better with less. This is the first book in the series, and the series is supposed to get better as it goes along. I'm on the fence as to whether I will read the next month. 2.5🌟 ##SeriesLove2025 @Andrew65
This book took me by surprise. I was expecting more of a fluff type book; however, I got so much more. The story and characters have so much depth. It is definitely a slow burn. Loved it and have already started the next book. 4.5 🌟

Congratulations on your milestone!
What I love most about this community is the welcoming nature. Also, I love how supporting Littens are. Everyone is wonderful!

1. Right now my pain level is about a four. It would be lower, but I stood in the kitchen for 20 minutes doing chores.
2. Loved how the author slowly revealed all the emotions of the characters.

Book three in the Jacksonville Ray's series is just as good as the first two. Loved the story and the characters. Just the right amount of spicy with great development. 4.5 🌟 Looking forward to book four.
