Help a Litten out! I'm wanting to get back into reading challenges this year but I'm having a hard time figuring out what Litsy is hosting these days. It looks like a few I used to do aren't active anymore. Are there any I should know about? (I'm planning to do #bookspin with @TheAromaofBooks and #agathachristieclubR3 with @Librarybelle, of course!)

Let's do it! For the #classicschallenge 2025, in the first quarter, we focus on poetry! To participate, you can read through poetry collections, a poem a day, or just browse through the classics. Anything that is on your tbr in this department, from Pushkin to Shakespeare to the Romantics, who will make you think of spring in March!

I understand why Maya Angelou is beloved on Litsy and recognized as a literary legend. She bore witness to the brutality of the Jim Crow South, portraying racism in stark language and vividly described the horrors and traumas she endured growing up. I admire her bravery and resolve but this book was difficult to get through. I can‘t say I enjoyed listening to the audio but I‘m glad I did. #ClassicsChallenge #Booked2020#BannedBook
