Ok…so I decided to do an actual TBR pile again, this time for the remainder of the year, and…I might have gone a little crazy 🤪! There is no way I‘ll get through all of these books in the next 4 months but I‘m really going to try! The lower right is specifically for October/spooky season and I‘m so excited to start reading them!!!

So apparently making a physical stack works for me 😁!! The photo on the left was the “summer reading” stack I made to try and get through a chunk of physical books I‘ve been wanting to read. The photo on the right is what will be left by the end of August! I‘d call that a success! I‘ve done it again for Fall/Spooky season and I‘m excited to see how many of those I get to!

Vacation book haul

This is all the books I've gotten this month!

The HP books I was a little sad about when they arrived because Chamber of Secrets isn't the edition I had thought it was so it doesn't go with the ones I ordered, but 🤷🏻‍♀️ and then Deathly Hallows didn't have its dust jacket when it should've which was a big bummer. And the rest just weren't in the best shape, unfortunately.

Here is my August #tbrstack
It includes the top 2 #makemereadit choices, a #sfmbc pick, my first #coffeebeanbookclub round 2 selection, and The Trench (because I want to read it before I see Meg). Thankfully my #Goodreads #dustybookshelf picks overlap these.
I'll have to add any #restingbookface, #whodunitbymail or #lmpbc books that show up this month. It's a lot for me. I better get reading!

I‘m up early this Monday morning, with nowhere to be for a few hours. Work has finally slowed down for the season and it‘s my final week before staycation starts at 4:30 Friday afternoon (but who‘s counting?)

I don't usually plan my TBR because I always get distracted by new books like a magpie. However, I'd like to get through at least some of these for#NonfictionNovember. #photoadaynov16 #tbr

This book has me writing out a blog post about my boobs. I think that's enough of an endorsement for this fun and fast-paced read. Part social experiment, part anthropological study, it gives perspective to boob-bearers all along the spectrum.

Hey! I realized earlier my copy was signed by the author, gifted to an interview source in the book! Used book stores hide the best surprises.

Chapter 5: The Perfect Bra. This was the last chapter I read before I went shopping for that new bra. Ladies, find a REAL lingerie store near you - Victoria's Secret is that she hates you - and get properly fitted for your undies. It'll change your life.

I found this book ages ago for $2 at a used book shop in Boston, read a quarter of it on the train ride home, went out and got properly fitted for a new bra. Then I forgot it on my shelf! Starting again, and thought I'd be a bit cheeky and photograph it with my own 34H 😁
