Reading goal met!! I feel quite chuffed, AND there were a few real standouts that I still think about. I‘ve really liked having this record of everything — my first full year really tracking things.
I met my goal for the year 😊🎉
I met my goal for the year 😊🎉
I‘m still chugging away at wrapping up my 2023 reading (so many books still to log…) and planning my 2024 reading but at least I got my goals done!
Did really well on my 2023 #Roll100 - I read 56 and donated 9. Going to put the remaining books on my #readordonate list for 2024. Thanks for organizing these, @PuddleJumper , it keeps me motivated! Currently working on my 2024 list 😀
Monthly #roundupgoals. This is everything I‘d like to finish before May. #naturallitsy #funsizefiction #goldenagecrimeclub Though not sure I‘ll finish Amina, due back in 3 days and I‘ve only listened to 20%. Going to NY Friday, picking up “The Franchise Affair” at Brooklyn‘s Public Library on my daughter‘s library card. What are you hoping to finish?
So many goals, but they keep me motivated. ❤️😂
I would say I had a pretty solid year reading-wise!
Sadly the lowest number of books I‘ve read in a year since 2014. I have just fallen into the trap of doom scrolling and bingeing shows this year. But I did love what I made time for!
Favorites this year included Finlay Donovan is Killing It, The Midnight Library, and Daisy Darker.
Happy New Year Littens!
Scaling down my #BFC2022 goals for July, since I have been struggling with motivation. Only 2 very achievable goals:
1 - Pray Daily
2 - Walk 3 times per week
@wanderinglynn
My #BFC2022 goals this month are very chilled and mostly revolve around current projects.
- catch up on my book clubs, buddy reads etc
- stick to my physio plan
- catch up on the uni work I've fallen behind on
I'm lookinf forward to it. @wanderinglynn
#BFC2022 April goals. I have 2 DietBet games going this month. I also signed up for the 50 mile challenge for The Trevor Project for April. Here‘s my fundraiser link: https://bit.ly/3LCY1gc I haven‘t done a puzzle in a while so I think I‘m going to make that my self care goal. I have a 1000 piece one that I got for Christmas I want to start. Good luck everyone! 👟🧩📚
March Update for #BFC2022 @wanderinglynn
1. Read Every Day - Complete! 😃
2. Walk 4 Times per Week - not so hot - no walking days 1-22. Walked daily days 23-31, but only because I was on vacation and it was part of seeing the sights. 🤪
3. Eat Mindfully at Restaurants - epic fail! 😳😂
Need to step up my game for April. 🙂
#BFC2022 March Update & April Goals -
This was a hard month for me, so I didn‘t meet any of my goals.
🔹My goal of yoga twice a week totally didn‘t happen. I did zero yoga sessions last month 🙈. Starting this week I‘ve signed up for a qigong class once a week and I‘m hoping the class structure will hold me accountable.
🔹My daily meditation goal was probably at like 30%. For April I want to increase this to at least 75%
After a great February, my exercise goals fell apart in March! I think I needed a break from so much exercise, to tell the truth. But I kept up with my other goals-meditating, reading, and trying new recipes. So I‘m going to switch up my exercise goals. My goals for April: 1) walk outside when weather & schedule permit 2) complete the Yoga with Adriene challenge for April 3) meditate daily 4) drink 64 oz water daily 5) read 9 books
My monthly goals for April are as follows: continue intermittent fasting and attempting to reduce sugar intake. I will use apps to record my weight goals etc. I also hope to continue working on developing healthy friendships with people outside of my immediate family. I also plan to visit the library 2x monthly and will read one off-genre pick (no thrillers or lit fiction, my fave genres) per week. #BFC2022 @wanderinglynn

I feel good about my Mar #BFC2022 goals:
☑️ exercise every day 🎉
🌗 meditate daily - I didn‘t make daily but more than I was!
🌗 cut back on bread & sugar - I made progress but there‘s room for improvement
🚫 no soda - I cut back but lots of room for improvement
📚 I finished my #doublespin & #bookspin but not my #roll100 picks. I removed 4 books from my TBR bookcase. Less than I wanted but still progress.
Book related if I say that I need to read more about half Ironman training. I have a couple of books, need to read some memoirs or inspirational biographies on how people accomplished their goals in this type of events, specially for not young people😜Medal earned by the finishers. My cousin sent me this photo😍
Thank you Litsy friends! For all your support! Great supportive community😘❤️
Today is for reading and watching book related videos🤗
I recently starting using the Finch app. It is an awesome self care app - it gives reminders, you can set daily goals/self care items and you can cross them off as you do them to get energy to send your friend/pet on adventures. It is so much fun and it helps me actually do things to take care of myself.

January goals started off with a bang 🧨 and then kind of limped out. 🤦♀️
I started off walking in the AM 4 days a week, then life....but I went out this morning.
I did read the 2 books I said I would though. 🎉
February goals are the same with the extention of runs and the endless phone scrolling banishment.

@wanderinglynn
I enjoyed these two challenges #readingwithmaja and #nonfiction2021 last year, though I couldn‘t complete both 😅 This year also I am trying these two challenges #nonfiction2022 in addition to #authoramonth #childrensclassicread2022
What is your reading goals for 2022? Any specific challenges ?
Thanks for hosting💐🥳😊👍🏻 @maich and @Riveted_Reader_Melissa
My goals for the month:
- Read 2 books (not counting the one I just finished)
- Workout 2x a week
- Hit daily step count of 8,000 (see if I can get consistent with that and then work my way up to 10,000. So hard to get even close to any of that working from home)
@wanderinglynn #BFC2022
Reading goal accomplished and even a few days early! It‘s been a good reading year.
I‘m done with formal post-op PT/rehab (for now at least) and transitioning to treating the problem I went to the doctor for in the first place. I‘ve started walking a half mile on the track at the community center several times a week and would like to increase that to a mile by the end of the month.
Meanwhile, I have to finish 14 books to meet my Goodreads goal for the year. Some in this month‘s TBR are partially finished so…
#bfc21
I finished The Stranger in the Mirror and now I have achieved my goal for this year on Goodreads! Let's see if I can get to 200 now!

A little late on my September #BFC21 goals mostly because my Fitbit was being a wanker and I ended up having to replace it only to have it magically start working again afterward 😂 I really like the newish zone minutes feature on Fitbit which for me means maintaining a heart rate over 120 bpm. Also In the process of unpacking I have found some empty journals and I thought it‘s been long enough since I‘ve abused a journal with my thoughts. 🙃
I realized I never posted any August #BFC21 goals but the 2 main fitness goals I would of had were to get this Nile badge (finally!!) and to win my August dietbet round which I just recently did. I think I will make my reading goal to finish my #DoubleSpin since I already read my #BookSpin book for August. I‘ll join back in next month 🎉
I did set reading goals in January! Goodreads goal was 100 books - I have read 99. I upped my goal to 160. Net Galley - read & review 4 books - done! Series - make progress and complete at least 2 - completed 5! Choose 3 new2me male authors and read 1 book each - read 8 new2me male authors! Choose 1 author and start reading his/her backlist - still working on that. It‘s been a great reading year for me and I am very grateful. Thinking on August!
2021 has definitely proven to be a good reading year. I purposely set my goal low because I didn't want to stress myself out trying to reach it. The year is only half over but already I met my goal. It will be interesting to see what I end the year with. Summer is almost over which means back to work at the school so I know my reading will drop a bit. Here's hoping I can somewhat keep this momentum going though.
Welp, my reading goals have been crap this year. Only 38% to my Goodreads goal (I‘ve read 75 out of 200 books) and I think it‘s been because of work. I went through a slump at the beginning of the year. Now I am rocking and rolling and back in my groove 😂 @TheSpineView #TwoforTuesday
I completed the Good Reads reading challenge- to read at least 52 books in 2021📚📚📚📚📚🤗I established that realistic goal because I didn‘t know what could happen this year. Now let‘s see how many more books I can read until the end of the year. No pressure, I just want to spend more time by reading more books but in a relax, calm way😃. I‘m still behind in some of my 2021 reading goals, but that is another story😌
Looking forward to getting back on with the #BFC21 challenge this month!
The plan is:
1. Read 7 books
2. Yoga 1X week
3. Walk 1X week
Looking forward to it! @wanderinglynn
Here are my #MayGoals for #BFC21
I change it a little and will try to meditate. If you know any good app for meditating just write in the comments. I never did this before but a friend recommend me, she said that she's feeling so good after and really helps her with stress. Will try and see how will work for me.

March recap:
Read 10/8 books ⭐️
Average 6,812/8K steps 🚫
34/32 oz water average ⭐️
I decided to not do a step goal this month because they have been hard to attain since I started working from home. I would like to start tracking food again but it‘s a hard habit for me so I am just going to try for 3x a week for now. Good luck everyone! #BFC21
I totally flopped last week. We‘ll try again. These goals are through Friday. #MyGoalathon
I thought I posted this last week but I guess I didn‘t 🙃 I know there are only like 4 days left of March now but I‘m gonna try on some goals dang it 😂 Also here is my wrap up from February. Giving myself a little bit of grace because the winter storms in Texas made it difficult to reach my water goal. And I only read 3 books. But I got a bunch of Fitbit badges/trophies. I even surpassed my 10K step goal with a 12,351 average. #BFC21
Month 3 for #FBC21 with @wanderinglynn and I am excited to expand my goals!
I've beat my monthly book goal two months in a row so I'm upping this to 5 books this month to see how it goes.
In terms of exercising I really haven't been keeping up, so I'm gonna drop down to once a week, just to get myself motivated.
For a selfcare angle I want to journal everyday and cleanse my face at least 5X a week.
I'm looking forward to it 🥰
I wasn‘t very good about posting updates last month (sorry 😅) but I did pretty good.
My reading goal was 9 books but I ended up reading 19. I didn‘t get a #BookSpinBingo but I got very close. Off by one. I didn‘t meet my water goal or the classics badge. But I‘m very close to getting the badge today so I‘m hurrying up and posting my goals now 😜😂 #BFC21
I‘m a day late with my #BFC21 Week 2.
Progress: 🎉🎉😕
My monthly goals are to:
📚 Finish 3 books - I have finished two, so I‘m on track to meet or exceed this goal. 🎉
🧘♀️ Complete the 30 day yoga challenge for January - I showed up at the mat every day last week (even when I didn‘t feel like it)! 🎉
🚶♀️ Walk the treadmill 5x/week for 40 minutes while I read - I did 4 days last week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). 😕
