Since I know there are so many tea lovers on Litsy... Teavana is going out of business! Everything is 75%+ off right now, so if you‘re in need of a stock up, how‘s a good time. I‘m so sad they‘re closing, they were my favorite tea supplier, but at least I‘m set for a while 😂😭🍵

I enjoyed the story - it was definitely a page turner! I just didn‘t like any of the characters and felt they made terribly stupid decisions that just made their situation worse. I definitely enjoyed the plot twists though!

First book of 2018 finished! Yay! This whole series was lovely. It felt like reading segments of someone‘s life. It was normal drama, nothing over the top or unbelievable and I think that‘s what I loved most about it. It just seemed like such a real story. Lara Jean was such a cute character as well. I adored the ending! 😊

I don‘t think cozy mysteries are for me... This was my book club‘s pick for this month; If it wasn‘t for book club I don‘t think I would have finished it. I felt the characters were rather flat and the author never went deeper than surface level on anything. The characters were very stereotypical and there was just way too much filler. But hey, I tried something new! 😝

I‘m so in love with this series! I finally got Vol. 7 from the library, and of course it was fantastic. SO MANY KITTENS! 😝

I got this in one of my Uppercase boxes recently and I absolutely loved it! It‘s a fun and fast-paced story that totally had me hooked from chapter one.

I adored this book. The Alvin series was such an ode to HP. I loved the references to Doctor Who. But what I loved most of all is how the characters felt so real. It was such an accurate portrayal of life, loss, and anxiety.

Going against popular opinion here... I really didn‘t like this book 😳. There was a strong lack of world building or any explanation as to why/how things were the way that they were. There were too many inconsistencies. Also Tana just seemed to make the worst decisions ever with no strong reason for her bad choices. After a while it just became eye roll for me. I really wanted to like this one because the first chapter just seemed so promising!

When I got this book in my #uppercasebox I wasn‘t really sure it was my cuppa tea, but I ended up really enjoying it. It‘s a unique story and the plot was fast paced without having too much going on. I haven‘t read a book involving the fey since Mortal Instruments so this was a nice change. Come to think of it, I don‘t think I‘ve read an actual fey novel... good thing #uppercase included a list of suggestions! 😊

The highlight of my trip to #Boston Book Fest was Lemony Snicket. He read his newest kids book, The Bad Mood and the Stick... it was an incredible performance. He was hilarious and never broke character. Such a fun time chatting with him after too! 😄❤️

Daniel Jose Older is so funny and kind, again I could have listened to these authors talk for hours. The discussion was fantastic and I can‘t wait to start this series! #bostonbookfest

Meeting Nic and attending the YA: Getting Real panel was amazing! I love how Nic is so unapologetically fierce and vocal with her opinions. They panel was excellent and I could have listened to them talk for hours! Our book club decided to pick Dear Martin as our November read and I cannot wait to dig in!
