Does anyone know how to get a book cover image in a book‘s description? We have a longer blurb for this anthology that I‘d like to add as well. I‘m just not sure who to notify to change it or how to do it myself. Thanks!! #litsy #litsyhelp
I‘m too beat tonight, but I fully intend to dig into this over the weekend.
Hey all! As editor and a contributor to this anthology, I have 5 eARC‘s to give away if anyone is interested in reading and giving an honest review. This book has 10 stories, a total of 130k words. It‘s fantasy romance. I have a novella in the book called The Witch Collector and Juliet Marillier has a new novelette titled In Wraithwood. Just comment below if interested! Please feel free to share!
Current listen. Awesome narrator. I‘m quite intrigued by this story.
In my inbox. I‘m looking forward to this!
This isn‘t what I‘m supposed to be reading 😬 but I kinda took a look at page one and now I can‘t stop. 🤷🏻♀️ So good. Update: I really loved the premise and characters but I didn‘t realize this was a novella, and oh how I wanted the story to be longer and slower. Sigh. Still recommend if you‘re looking for a short fantasy read.
Don‘t you love it when a book interrupts all your reading plans??! 🤦🏻♀️ I loved this movie.
This book releases in September. I‘ll be digging in after my book club read of Gentleman in Moscow is finished. Hailed as The Last Magician meets A Gentleman‘s Guide to Vice and Virtue. How could I pass that up???
Much thanks to NetGalley and Bellevue Books for this advanced copy of The Bear. I loved The Road to which this has been compared. It releases in February 2020.
Well, I absolutely loved this book. It‘s funny, adorable, emotional, smart, deeply romantic, and just sweet. Highly recommend. ❤️(I listened to the audio)
This book is hilarious!
Did everyone see? How do we feel?
I loved The Lost City of Z. And I‘m loving this. I think I have a thing for reading about people who are brave enough to walk into jungles and rainforests that are literally designed to kill anything foreign that happens to tread on their grounds.
I loved this book! Considering a re-read before her next book, The Starless Sea. And its $2.99 right now! Go grab it.
An Audible credit is burning a hole in my virtual pocket. I need recs!
Tonight‘s listen :)
Sooooo, I‘m going to have a novelette in Once Upon an Enchanted Forest, an anthology of romantic witchcraft stories, with the lovely Juliet Marillier. *yayyyy* It releases in September. Once Upon Anthologies is taking story submissions through 5/15 (and that date may be extended). If interested, check out the Submittable link.

Eek. Sharing this book by my friend, Alisha Klapheke. It‘s on Kindle Unlimited but also $.99 today. Check it out!
Getting this book in during my morning reading. So much to read, so little time!
Look at me reading sagas. Who knew?
Okay. I can understand why some don‘t like this book. If you need plot or rising action, a story that naturally leads to a climactic end, this is not that book. This is a generational tale of witches. No more. I still loved it, & I‘m a plotter, so 🤷🏻♀️. Some of the tales really stuck with me, and I wanted more. The writing is beautiful. The family connections in the end got to my heart. Also, the audio is lovely.
I just bought this audio, and I‘m very excited. 😬
Uhm, I am loving this so far. It‘s a completely different time period/setting but the storytelling is reminiscent of Circe for me for some reason. The pacing is nice and steady, the narrator perfection. I hope it stays this good.
❤️❤️❤️ I‘m REALLY enjoying this so far. Can‘t wait to see where it goes. Amy Harmon is so good.
I‘m currently listening to Evelyn and wanted the hardback. Also excited to read about Daisy!
It was a good day.
Bought this from the B&N sale. Sounds amazing!
Barnes and Noble is having a book sale. Soooo many good books! Let me know if you buy any. 😊
I was in the mood for something sexy. I listened to the audio. 1) The writing is really beautifully done. 2) Unique romantic situation. But...3) The narration. Everything was great except for the way the lady read the man. I still listened, tho! And it‘s still a recommendation.
