My morning companion while the house was still fully asleep. And such. Delightful companion she is too.

Now I thought wolf spiders were the only ones to do this. Happy to find out otherwise!

If you have cats, you know exactly where the writer comes from with a cats view of this classic poem. Great illustrations. Working on #ISpyBingoDec #WinterGames24 #HolidayBookDragons @StayCurious @TheAromaofBooks
Meet our newest outdoor critter. This Blue Tongue has decided she is going to share the back yard….and the cat food. Sometimes she grabs the bowl with her mouth and tries to drag it away! My youngest has named her Petra. She is not young either, she is really a large bluey
I can‘t find this book listed on here anywhere, but it‘s the one I‘m going to start tonight.m
It‘s the end of the year and I‘m finally feeling like I can sit down and read a book. This year has been so busy with finishing school, going on a month long trip to Scotland, getting a classroom, having to leave my class due to being sick, best friend having my god daughter and I‘m sure I‘m missing some key events 😂
With that being said I‘m excited to be back and participating in one of my fav litsy traditions! Here‘s my #bookspin Dec list 🥰
@Chrissyreadit thank you bunches for the #cbbc box. All the goodies were very appreciated. I didn‘t get a pic.
Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate 🦃🥧🤎
109/150 I didn't like this one as much as the first book, the humor was pulled back in favor of a more mainstream kind of sci-fi adventure. Isaac learns more about his past while looking for the person who stole the best idea in the universe, while also dealing with an intergalactic war, the destruction of his robot partner/lover, and the return of a villain thought despatched in the first book. The book does commit one unpardonable sin, ⬇️
This is Oliver, the patient care dog at the clinic I go to. Isn‘t he adorable. He is styling in his crocs and hat.

This was so surreal and I loved it. It was so much about womenhood. I have never read anything from Polish author but this was an amazing start.

Read The Bad Parents by S.L. Harker
An intriguing/ok book ☺️
3.75/5
Help! I‘ve been in a reading slump for over 2 months. I miss reading but I also don‘t have any motivation to pick up a book. Every book I‘ve tried to pick up either didn‘t sound interesting, it was predictable, flat out boring, or I just couldn‘t focus. What did you do to get over your reading slump? Also, any book recommendations are always appreciated ❤️
Author Joe Hill is easily one of my favorite horror writers. And why wouldn‘t he be — he‘s the son of Stephen King! I‘ve read all of his novels and short story collections, so I was excited when I learned from Joe‘s newsletter that his latest short story, Ushers, was available on Amazon‘s First Reads for the month of October. ?? (Not in Litsy database yet.)

I'm scared to finish this book because I'm going to have to wait for the 3rd book to come out 😬😬😬. But I'm loving it so much 🫠🥲!

The Flower House by Nicky Black
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It has a great sense of foreboding throughout which compelled me to keep turning the pages. The characters are all very complex, some of them not very likeable. The plot is a gripping one. I love dual timeline stories set in older properties, involving families and their secrets - this one certainly fulfilled my wishes in all parameters. Highly recommended. #TBC on Facebook
I also have the Devils of Vitality displayed 😈 with our Butcher of the Brumal front and center. I'm still not over how much I loved Berga and Madden together 🫠.

I hope to read this soon. #TBR #coverlove
I Well I need the book now! I listened and laughed!
Sci-fi comedy!
Absurd B-movie level fun!! Tina is a winning beauty contest contestant who is disqualified as she is Canadian and an illegal alien. This garners the attention of the real aliens among us and the madcap ludicrous hijinks commence.
Enough laughs to warrant a relistening and short enough to accommodate multiple readings.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
