I love this series. However, I had a bit struggle because till the last 200 pages nothing really important happened and we only got just a tiny bit new information. Than everything happened in the same time. But I loved it and I cannot wait till the third part published.
I struggled to finish this book. Months ago I cannot force myself to read the last 30-40 pages. I don't know for me it just list the sparkle.
This was so surreal and I loved it. It was so much about womenhood. I have never read anything from Polish author but this was an amazing start.
I cannot find it on Litsy: Heksy by Agnieszka Szpila
I cannot find this book in Litsy: The Red Peony by Lin Yutang
I do not like this kind of people like Peony, the main protagonist. She never knowns what she wants, but when she does it's someone else's husband. All in the book wasn't bad exept the last 30 pages, it was over the top.I like better PearlS. Buck
This is my go-to-book. I read it like 10 times. What is yours?
I heard about toxic Japanese work culture but this was an other level. Sometimes I could not even tell what is reality and what is imegination.
I read the first 80 pages, but nothing really happend.
I wan not satisfied with the end of The Three body problem so I was very curious what was this book all about. And it was more than I expectied, it perfectly completed the thrilogy and I am so sad that none of his ither books published in my country.
I am sorry. I am so bored and I will not spend more time to read this. I got thru the first half but poor Takkan. Shiori makes such fool of him, I am so sorry for him.
I have a hard time to say something about this book because in all I really loved the trilogy. But I have some problem with the third part. Firstly, I think it overwritten and I was like more 100 pages? After this? What's more gonna happen?! And I have a personal problem with this many many twist. One more and one more and again and again. But I liked it. I live Cixin's ideas.
I will his other books but now I need some break and something light.
I could't even imagine that the second part would be even better than The Three Body Problem. At half reading I thougt well it is not that exiting and than BUMMM. I loved it. Soon I'll start the last part.
Just finished my first ever audio book. I was mostly listening it when I were painting. My college recommended to me. I have seen the Netflix series and I liked it. But the book is totally different I think sljghtly better than the series. So I bought all the three books and now I am reading the second part.
I loved it! I live this story, the characters and the love story too!
I really ejnoyed it! I love this crime story and I really hope it will be a series.
I was reading about Nort-Korea again. The situation is not knew to me, but how they can escapa from that terror is awful as well.
A very interesting psychological book about mother-daughter realitionships.
A college of mine recommended me this book and I am nor disopponited at all. It is wuite funny but so real about the war.
I read that this is not as good as the first part. Well it is not as magical but it's definitly not bad. I enjoyed it.
Hi Litsy Friends! I am in Instanbul for vacation and just visited the old Book's Bazar! 💌💌💌
I am on long car ride to home and just finished this book. It was so brutally honest. I felt sorry for Jennette but I am so happy that she realised her problems and faced them.
A tragic but hopeful story about Chines family throught six decades and two continents. I liked the first part better.
Ps. I am not an expert in traditional asian deresses but I think it's a kimono on the cover. And that is not Chines.
It was soooo goood. I changed this book for an other so it was not on my TBR list. It was so interesting.
A story about a young Japanese girl who moved to te USA.
Good book about anxeity and many good technikes.
Very interesting book about Kim Yo Jong. Well it is more about North-Korea because there are not too much public informartion about her. But I still missed some parts or fact.
This book is full with technics for anxeity. For me the second part was more useful.
I am on a long train road to home and just finished this Agatha Christie book. I loved it. I never could figure it out who the killer was.
It is a very useful book if you fight with anxeity (just like me). 🤍👊💪
It was quite interesting, sometimes I felt it too much, but I could do so much self reflection.
I think this was my first Buck book which not set in Chine. It was about a woman who became an artist.
It was so interesting and so sad to read. And it helped me so much.
I only get through on the first 60 pages and I don't like it at all. It is like cheesy Hallmark movie in a book. The plot sounded very intresting when I bought it however, I am so sad it turned out to be this.
I really REALLY wanted to like this book and for the first 100-150 pages I did. And I know so many people love this novel. But it was somehow over compleceted yet not so detailed. The smaller twist has no indroduction and it's like 5 pages. Zetain is not so likable for me. It so black and white and I would not call this feminism. And don't know if I will read the second part.
