I've been a massive fan of The Archers for about 15 years now. So this book gave me lots of information for the previous 50-plus years. I haven't listened to this radio drama.

This has truly got to be the strangest and most baffling book I have ever read.

This book is read as an advent calendar. So, each day, you read a chapter and finish it on Christmas day.
It was a brilliant thriller that kept me on the edge of my seat. It was so hard to read just one chapter a day as each one ended on a cliffhanger.

I loved this book. I didn't want it to end.
I'm definitely going to look for more books by this author.

I don't know whether I'm becoming harder to please when it comes to books, but this was a bit of a disappointment to me. I didn't get the ending I would.of enjoyed. The majority of the characters were a letdown for me.

This is book 2 in this series about Detective John Barton. Another absolutely brilliant read.
