Interesting premise but a bit pointless. Interested in seeing how they are going to make this into a movie....

Because of Tayler Earl and her knitting YouTube page I HAD to buy this book. It looks like a lot of fun.
However, this book was hard to find.#knittersoflitsy

1. I don‘t know that it‘s my favorite (or how unique it is), but it certainly entertains me. I talk to inanimate objects and sometimes name and/or “pack bond” with them. I do it a lot with my doll collection but it also overflows to my car, carts in the supermarket, ladders I use at work, my crockpot, etc.
2. Tagged! An absolute favorite that I need to reread. I think it would honestly be a lot of fun to see it made as a movie too.

So far a great little mystery with sheep as the investigators in the case of the murdered Shepard. It is fun and refreshing because the sheep only know what you would imagine a real sheep to know about, not like in a lot of books with an animal POV where the animal just sounds like a smarter human with a better sense of smell and no hands.
This is absolutely delightful—witty and at times even poignant. Yes, it really is about a flock of sheep solving the murder of their shepherd. I‘ve been describing this as Agatha Christie writing Shaun the Sheep—I could easily see this an animated movie.
The Shepard is murdered. The sheep investigate. #adventrecommends

Day 138.
Here I will note 365 books (or as many as I will have before I get tired) that have shaped my taste in literature. No explanations, no reviews. Just the cover of the book.
I do not challenge anyone. You are all welcome to take part.
My wife was ridiculously excited about this cozy mystery in which the sheep investigate their shepherd‘s murder. #FFFS #FallingForFallSwap
This was a totally fun listen that left a lot of questions unanswered. Not in terms of the mystery, but in terms of the flock. The sheep aren‘t completely anthropomorphized; they are like sheep — they just understand English. #audiowalk
We drove to the beach today, and it wasn‘t nearly as crowded as I thought it would be. The park in Foley has fall decorations up. I have 2 hours left in my sheep cozy, so I should be finished soon. #audiowalk
It actually was down to 75° this morning! Of course it went back up, but I got a morning walk in first. My evening walk was nice too but was in the low 80s. I‘m still enjoying the sheep detectives. #audiowalk
The sheep have a memory sheep to keep their memories in case they forget things! I love that. 😊 I didn‘t get to walk far because my back started hurting, but I did get a mile in before I had to quit. It‘s been a bit since that happened. #audiowalk
The sheep are the detectives in this cozy mystery. I think it‘s going to be fun. The two larger pics are at Fairhope Pier, while the smaller ones are at Orange Beach. Most of the places with direct beach access weren‘t open; they probably need to do some cleanup after Ida. #audiowalk

I absolutely loved this book told from the POV of sheep! Definitely a unique murder mystery. I had no idea how it was going to end, but I did have a bit of an inkling before the flock did, though I still didn‘t have all the why‘s and who‘s worked out until the final reveal. I loved all the personalities of the flock!
I believe I have @Addison_Reads to thank for my copy? I know one of you fabulous Littens sent it to me, so a HUGE thank you!
One of my favorite mysteries. The sheep investigate the murder of the shepherd. They are “far savvier about the workings of the human mind than your average sheep” because the shepherd read books to them every day. #blueandyellow #CuriousCovers

On the fifth day of Christmas
This was sent to me as part of #lmpbc and I was very skeptical at first, but loved it once I got into it.
📖 Yes! I can think of two recent ones, the tagged book (great fun!) and Station 11.
📖 I semi-plan my monthly TBR. I‘m still a mood reader but I do gather what I‘m planning to read for the month. But still allow myself to change my mind!

Quirky book told from the sheep's point of view.
I really loved the different personalities of each sheep in this herd. Their observations of the world around them were humorous and kept me intrigued as the mystery unfolded and the sheep searched for answers about who killed their shepherd.

I loved this book. If you like sheep and solving thing, you should read this.

Ladies, I am finally starting this book. I most likely will not finish before Feb starts, but will do my best to try. I have read the 1st chapter and am loving it so far.

I 💖this. I have not had a peppermint patty in forever.
Thanks @nelehelen thank you so much for this #lmpbc package- I adore fuzzy socks and face masks! @cwarnier yours was in the mail Monday.
The premise seemed cute. But it just wasn't to be.
Full review to follow.
3.5/5
Finished this sheep detective story for #LMPBC and I thought it was cute but a little confusing for me at times because... well, it IS from the sheep‘s perspective so I shouldn‘t be too surprised. Ha! Looking forward to hearing what my group thinks!
This also fulfilled the “Book Gifted to You” prompt for #Booked2019. (Fun fact: it was a gift from @mrsmarch for my first Litsy Swap!)
Another go to book of mine. I often buy it for people, saying, I can‘t explain it just read it you won‘t be sorry. Part detective story, part mythology ( was melmont real ) but always very very funny
If the other was something different, this is something silly.

I finished this on my way to work. It‘s a bookclub-book, which I usually don‘t review here but this one just needs a recommendation! It‘s a crime-story completely told through the eyes of a flock of sheep and I liked it very much!
Sitting in the upstairs hall in my pajamas because my children WON‘T SLEEP. I think the weather has them delirious. 75 degrees and 97% humidity. Looking over the #lmpbc copy of _Three Bags Full_ that came back to me today! So much fun!
@mrsmarch I‘m so sorry but I‘ve had a ridiculously busy month and am behind on my reading! I‘ve started this and it‘s so cute, I just need things to calm down in my life so I can enjoy finishing it! So it will be late coming back to you, but hopefully not too too late ! #LMPBC #round5 #groupQ
#BFC photo challenge. I have listened to a few great audiobooks Norse Mythology and the Kiss Quotient being winners. But my favorite read so far during this challenge was this book. There was just something unique about it. Also here‘s my baby Lucy she has been here for me with the cuddles while I‘ve been on the struggle bus.
These flock of sheep were quite lovely. I enjoyed going on the journey with them to solve the mystery. Their naïveté was endearing and had me enlambered (get it) ?
There was a small trigger for me in this book but otherwise I enjoyed it a lot. It‘s fun to get a perspective other then human on a story.
#lmpbc #groupq it‘s on its way to you now @AnneFindsJoy !!

This book was a delight to read! These sheep are not from the typical run of the mill herd, that's for sure. I related to them in so many ways 🤔😂.
Now to finish with all my mark-ups✍️. You would think I'm studying for exams of some sort- these 🐑🐏 really have my ⚙️⚙️'s turning! 🤓
