I am starting my list of books I know will be coming out in 2025!!!
Sitting outside while it's still possible without burning to a crisp. Putting together my "check list" for the upcoming month. Lots of books starting with L. I'm hoping the #ClassicLSFBC and the #LittensLoveRomance pick will start with an L too. ?

Wow, you outdid yourselves with all of those amazing recommendations. Thank you 😊
I've selected a wide range of (hopefully) engaging and informative reads for us throughout 2024. So get ordering, requesting, and stacking those titles.
!!! The earth transformed is the longest by far. I've placed this over 2 months, with our shortest read for the end of June.
I hope you're happy with the selection. 😅

The end of July snuck up on me, but here are my #BookSpin and #DoubleSpin selections for August!! Squeaking in just in time ☺️ @TheAromaofBooks
Oh, hi. I‘m supposed to be reading right now but I‘m procrastinating by making surveys so you can tell me what I need to read by a deadline five and a half years in the future.
That sounds totally fun and not at all strange, right?

I made several for this month - this is the one I'm most in the mood for atm, so I'm going to stick with it. 😊

Here is my TBR for August!!! Super excited about all the books on this list and hoping I will get through all of them!!! If there are any you want to know more about or really want me to review, please let me know!!!
Happy Reading!!! 💙💙💙💙
I didn‘t do too bad in April. I still didn‘t get a Bingo but I have never filled out a board this much.

I've changed my mind on a few of my #bookspin books, so here is my updated list. I'm HOPING to read them all, but there are a few chunksters and a couple nonfics (which always take me longer), so we shall see. 🤞
@TheAromaofBooks
Thank you @BarbaraBB @Centique @Graywacke for the tag. I'm sorry it took me so long! I wanted to wait to evaluate my #20best2020 because my reading has been slow this year & I knew I might get in a few good ones this month! @Cinfhen
I'm grateful to have read so many brilliant books. The buddy reads & bookish chats on Litsy have truly kept me going this year in a way that cannot be measured 💜
Happy 2021, everyone. Wishing you only the best 🌠
New bookshelves!
Some easter treats for me. Probably won‘t read any of them right away but I couldn‘t resist.
The order I placed on Bookshop.org on Sat. arrived!🙆
Money from the sale went to support an indie bookstore (I chose The Center for Fiction. Next purchase will be for Greenlight) in Brooklyn that is closed due to the pandemic.

Fabulous birthday present. (I love belated gifts: such a nice surprise!)
Today is my last day of school for at least 2 weeks. Husband is stopping at the comic book store on his way home to stock up—-so I had to make a list. 😊
What is the best way of choosing a title? You could try the popular Something's Something approach--Midnight's Children, Schindler's List, Homer's Daughter; equations such as author Andy Martin's useful 'number + noun + 'of' + noun' (e.g. Seven Pillars of Wisdom); and various random title generators (some are very specific, such as the online Malcolm Gladwell Book Generator which includes 'The Cheers Effect: How and Why Everybody Knows Your Name).
Choosing a title for your newly finished masterpiece can be a tricky process. Ernest Hemingway toyed with I Have Committed Fornication But That Was In Another Country, and Besides the Wench Is Dead before sensibly settling on A Farewell to Arms.
