@StayCurious asked us to brag about our good deeds a little so here‘s mine of the week: my friend won the german journalism price the other day for her work uncovering a german charity‘s nazi-past and when i phoned her to congratulate she told me she was pregnant too! I‘m so proud and happy for her that i sent her a massive congratulatiory aurprise package which i hope she‘ll love. #spreadsomeholidaycheer +26

Last winter was incredibly tough. My mother entered her final stage of cancer passing on Christmas Day, my boss was diagnosed with brain tumor in mid October and never came back to work and I went through my own cancer scare getting negative biopsy results on Dec 26th. I have to give a huge shout out to @Clwojick @StayCurious and @wanderinglynn and all the participants of #WinterGames last year. It was a much needed distraction. ⬇️

I want to say thank you to @Clwojick and @StayCurious for hosting #Scarathlon and #WinterGames. These events are so much fun and I have got to know such a great group of people! In a very tough year, it has been so nice to have these events to look forward to and distract me. You ladies work far too hard and don‘t get near the praise you deserve.

1. We dressed up and went out for gourmet pizza (fig & sopressata!), then watched TV on the couch with a box of wine & the cat.
2. Probably five. I generally read 5-6 books a month.

#HaveCourageBeKind took (a lot) extra time today to show a new manager how to do things properly. Even with a massive migraine. He seemed very grateful to be given the opportunity to learn so I'm happy. Also, how cute is this cup rack I saw at the Arts and Crafts fair?
Congrats @MinDea and thank you! It was sooo hard choosing one Litten for #awesomelittengiveaway but I‘m nominating @Avanders . Throughout our end struggles and still lingering heartache with our sweet Benelli she checked in and offered support several times. Fast forward to #allhallowsreadbookexchange and she also sent me a lovely box when when I didn‘t receive one. This was hard because soooo many of my dear litten friends are deserving 😘😘😘
Haven chose to donate some of her books to our library last week after I explained why I donate items when she asked me about it.
Our librarian was so impressed with the kindness of my 4 year old, she gave her a $5 gift certificate to the library book store.
"I did something nice and something nice happened to me!" she said.
