Simply papercut style art paired with an extensive collection of prayers, poems and songs from various traditions on the subject of gratitude. Too religious for me personally, so more of a so-so than a pick, but there are some real gems hidden in these pages, and it seemed appropriate for today.

I first joined Litsy looking to chat books, but since then I have made so many wonderful friendships here. Oh my goodness!!! I am seriously in tears @JenlovesJT47 !!!! I have had a horrible week of a major tooth infection, tooth pulling, pulling my back out and so much pain. This is where I spent my Thanksgiving. I have much to be thankful for and each and every one of you Littens is on that list. You have all brought so much joy and added so many books to my TBR and I want to take this opportunity to tell you how much I value our community. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

THANK YOU for all the animal photos!!!!! There's not much I can be sure of in this world but I DO know that Litsy will always come running when I ask to see pet photos. Thank you all ? I'm feeling a lot better today minus the fact that mom has decreed today to be a "clean the house until your fingers bleed" day. Probably won't have time to hit the stacks until tonight ??

Eek! I hit the 10k mark! I absolutely love this community and it is the only social media I use on a daily basis. So happy to be part of this positive space. 😍😍😍

I want to say how thankful I am for books, the people who write them, the people who read them, & the community of us who take it to the next level & participate in Litsy & #readathon and all the rest.

I had a rough month at work, & needed a weekend like this past one - a chance to disconnect from the demands of work, & a chance to connect with the life-giving magic of reading & sharing.
