All this time in NYC and I didn‘t know Book Culture‘s original location was on 112th street! It‘s HUGE! I still love the intimacy of the one two blocks north tho :) but boy oh boy I was in heaven!!! Salivating is a more accurate description...

Went to Barnes and Noble tonight after dinner with my husband...the mug said we had to so we did “treat yo-shelf” with 5 new reads 🤣

Happy Book Lovers Day indeed!! I used to read obsessively when I was a young girl through high school and it could feel really lonely to not be able to share that magic with anyone else. Litsy is such a huge blessing now that I'm nearing my 30s. There are book lovers like me!! Love to you all!
Some end of year items my youngest got from his teacher. They had an award ceremony where all the kids got a diploma based on a distinguishing trait. He was really chuffed to get "Book Lover - for being so enthusiastic about reading".
The bookmark with the lovely poem is personalised with an acrostic of his name on the back, which he announced made it UNIQUE and his very special bookmark to use and keep forever. ?
