Friends, I hate to be the one who says this but - we are only a week away from November!!! October FLEW by! Lots of craziness out in the world, but here in Litsy we have our priorities straight (No. 1 is TBR reduction!), so it's time to sign up for the next round of #BookSpin / #BookSpinBingo !!! On the 2nd, I draw 2 numbers (BookSpin/DoubleSpin) & throughout the month everyone tries to read those numbers from their list!! If you want to bingo, I post a bingo card on the 2nd as well w/ the numbers all shuffled & you read books that match those numbers to score!! Here is a master post w/more details &let me know ⬇ 4y

BookSpin/DoubleSpin is the original challenge that I started - Bingo has grown from that because some people wanted to read more than 2 books from their list every month!! Originally I only drew 2 numbers & those were the ones everyone read. Reading them is still the “official“ way to score entries for the end-of-the-year giveaway. Some folks choose to only read 1 or 2 books instead of full-on bingo!! 4y

Liz_M I am thinking about joining for Nov. But am a little confused - why are some lists 20 books and some are 25? Doesn't one need 25 for a bingo card? 4y

TheAromaofBooks @Liz_M - My original challenge was just BookSpin. Participants make a list of 20 books & I draw 2 numbers (BookSpin/DoubleSpin) & everyone tries to read those numbers from their lists. I started Bingo this summer, but many people don't want to commit to that much, so the official 2 numbers still come from the list of 20. Those who want to do Bingo can either make a list of 25 OR choose to leave 21-25 as free spaces. The bingo card does have 25 ⬇ 4y

TheAromaofBooks (cont'd) spaces, but that's why there is a mix of lists of 20 & 25. Some people aren't doing bingo at all & some are planning to utilize free spaces. Others prefer to have no free spaces & so they make a list of 25. Hope this helps!!! @Liz_M 4y

ElizaMarie I can't even believe that this month is almost over! I need to finish my #DoubleSpin this month. I am about 3 hrs from finishing it so I could do it. But.. I will be posting mine soon :) Maybe tomorrow :) 4y

Argon I think I‘ll pass for November, this month turned out to be much busier than I expected and I still have to finish my BookSpin & DoubleSpin books for October! I‘ll have more time in December when classes end and I‘ll rejoin then :) 4y
