This final book of the Giver Quartet really brings the previous books disjointed plot lines together. The story kept with the general theme of the others. With a focus more on how to separate a need from a want. Obviously this was written for younger people than myself, so the writing felt simplified to me. But that‘s just part of the magic of these books. Anybody can - and should - read this series. I got so much nostalgia from reading it.
