One day (it was Tuesday, but that doesn‘t matter), a witch (who wasn‘t a very clever witch, and that does matter) was out in the forest visiting her cookie tree.
I cannot put this book down. It is very well written and almost chilling.
I really enjoyed this novel. Talked about the history of 9/11 on a level children can understand while being honest and direct about the impact it has on the country, the people, and the world.
You never know how one act of kindness can change someone‘s life forever.
This book is a young girl asking her grandmother where her ancestors came from and it‘s written in poetry. I loved it
