Such a weird book! Evan Tanner hears about some gold hidden from the Nazis in Turkey. So he plans to go find it. He uses contacts from strange groups he's been a member of to manage his quest. Nothing, of course, goes as planned. Instead he's involved in revolutions and murders and secret plans. How will he manage to survive?
so-soI have enjoyed Trent Daltons books and this was good but not as enjoyable. I felt like his detail about every little description of rocks, dirt and forest was too descriptive! It was a good story and a had some beautiful and sad moments. Worth a read but not his best.
