I missed you all! Busy days + vision issues kept me away, but I‘ve improved enough to start back here. Hopefully by January I‘ll be able to fully rejoin challenges & buddy reads. While away I read 50 books via audio, mostly mysteries and books from my ongoing series. My 4½ and 5 star reads are posted above. #indeath never fails me! Last year I did a Top 10 of 2020, so I thought, I should do it again this year, just one last post before I bid 2021 goodbye and pray hard for a better 2022. How is that for timing, got to the round Litfluence of 400,000 half an hour before the end of the current year.

Now can I get to 500,000 before the end of 2022, there‘s a target to aim for.

Again Patricia Fisher drew me in to a delightful, entertaining story. An on the run gangster & his reluctant bride-to-be join the passengers on the Aurelia, leading to the gangsters he's running from to infiltrate the cruise liner. The bride-to-be is kidnapped, causing hilarious trouble as each group of mobsters try to find her. Patricia leads the gangsters on a merry chase while trying to come up with a plan to find out who kidnapped Cari & why.

Today is sister in law day so not much walking will get done either. She walks with either two canes or a walker. But a book store visit will happen. 😁
