Well this about wraps me up. 😆 However, I do need a dog in my survival kit.
A very affirming read. ❤️❤️❤️

I loved this book so much!!!
I love this little comic book. The author truly captured the struggles of being an Introvert. I really felt a deep connection to the story. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.
Great little graphic novel! Thought I was mostly reading about myself. Lol
That was really good. Funny, poignant, sad, and enlightening about various aspects of intro version. The black and white watercolor is beautiful. I can relate to many of the components of this and most definitely the love of books and tea! It also had a nice story arc to it, rather than just a collection of web comics thrown together. Love the above page. We all want to be better at things we‘re not good at! Whether introvert or extrovert!
January #bookreport
I started January in a reading slump like I normally do,
then Quiet Girl grabbed me and I got back into reading. I loved Who is Vera Kelly?, Winter Counts, and Addie LaRue ❤️❤️❤️ But I‘ve just finished Addie and I don‘t want to read anything else - slump is back!
The 2 on the right are what I have out from the library, but I don‘t think I want anything serious. I think I need another Fun Romp. Suggestions?
When I was a kid (and teen), I had a lot of social anxiety. I saw my experiences and feelings from that time (and occasionally at present) in these pages exploring social anxiety, social battery recharges, and cozyness. There are many books and cups of tea in this collection as well. It's a collection of standalone comics, but quite a few of them string together to tell a cohesive and satisfying story. #Nonfiction #SocialAnxiety #Comics
My first read of the year was a great one! (I always start the year in a reading slump for some reason, so I‘m glad this finally got me going)
I have never felt so SEEN by a book. Thanks so much @kaysworld1 for sending this to me so that it would be right in arms reach when I needed it!
Does anyone know if she‘s done a book on Parenting While Introverted?
I liked this... I saw myself in a lot of these comics. Especially the realization as an adult that there‘s nothing “wrong” with me, I‘m just an introvert (that can operate as an extrovert for short periods of time) and the exhaustion from that is normal. #bookspinbingo #doublespin #wintergames2020 #teamreadnosedreindeer 16pts
Thank you so much @kaysworld1 !!!
A graphic novel is perfect for dipping in and out of, since I‘m not finding very much time to read.
I‘m sure many littens can identify with this theme. This GN spans three years of Debbie's life, from the end of college to the present day. In these early years of adulthood, Debbie slowly but finally discovers there is a name for her lifelong need to be alone: she‘s an introvert. #bookspinbingo @TheAromaofBooks
I loved this book!
As an introvert (and natural worrier!) it was very relatable and I love Debbie‘s artistic style.
It is okay to be an introvert, and it is okay to be an extrovert. And sometimes you need friends or partners who are the opposite to join you :)
This was just the book to read after such a busy weekend ❤️
Loved this book. It made me feel that my way of life is acceptable and it also made me realise that I have been trying to hide my introvert ways and that I should embrace it. I think since joining this wonderful community that I have found that it is acceptable to act this way and that there are people that will accept me this way. 😘 📚 📖
Very good. Shows how us introverts work and why we do the things we do.

She gets me. Being an introvert this quarantine is not bothering me at all.
Wonderful book!
So many moments where I nodded my head because Debbie Tung gets it/me, or I get her.
My daughter was looking over my shoulder all the time I was reading this on my phone. She didn't understand all of it, but it got us talking about introverts and extroverts and that some people need solitude to recharge.
Trying to keep up with getting into comics s d graphic novels. I loved this one! While I‘m not an introvert I still related so much with this comic especially this page! I highly recommend this one. #newtomegenre
#HollyJollyReading Day 28: Fats‘ review: “It‘s basically an introvert‘s Bible, in comics form. Any introvert would relate to Debbie‘s social experiences. It‘s a #nice addition to the growing list of books about introverts. (Someday, we will rule the world.)” Full review of her feature of three graphic memoirs by female artists for #WomenReadWomen2019: https://wp.me/pDlzr-kSD
I live for these types of weekends. They do not happen often enough.
This is such a perfect analysis of my life!
I do however realise that I'm married to an introvert as well as being one.

So relatable. And another one-sittingread. #hoopla
Debbie Tung has a husband to fall back on. I choose to be introverted on my own.
Oh yeah, this is me. (When I get chance with a toddler!)
We need to get this book along with Quiet by Susan Cain into the hands of those who really need them. The Extroverts! A little understanding would be nice. Would it be tacky if I left them on my manager's desk?
A nicely illustrated simple book on the travails and joys of being an introvert.
Counting this as #somethingpersonal for #nonfiction2019 as well as #letterq for #litsyatoz
This is me today, enjoying a quiet day at home alone, surrounded by my books - paperback books and e-books alike!
I‘ve embarked on a short-book journey of comics and audiobooks shorter than an hour. No regrets! 🤓📖🎧
Debbie Tung shares her experiences and struggles of fitting in social situations as an introvert. Filled with heartfelt humour, it‘s fun, cute, mostly relatable, and a great read for understanding an introverted person.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Read this one last week and I really enjoyed it. I think I need to be bff's with Debbie Tung, she gets me.
Taking a rest day since they‘re necessary 😝, but finished book 5/10 for my #bookfitnesschallenge ! #bfc
This book is me to a tee 😂! Perfectly describes introverts who prefer to read over everything else!
This was so charming, yet also sad in parts. It hit a nerve, and was very relatable. The art work was perfect for the book, both the colouring in white, Black and different blue and greyish tones, and the illustrations.
Reading Quiet Girl in a Noisy World by Debbie Tung. I can relate to this. A lot.
Introverts Assemble!
(figuratively, of course. Who would want to abandon hard-won solitude for what would likely be an awkward and mostly silent assembly?! But it‘s nice to know we‘re out there, supporting each other, from a comfortable distance.)
For introverts and the extroverts who love ‘em. Highly relatable, fun graphics.
Recommended to those who enjoy Sarah Andersen‘s graphic novels.
This was a cute graphic novel to which i could relate completely as an introvert 😁
Loved this book! I'm an introvert & I find this book is ridiculously relatable. I highly recommend this to everyone!

I relate to this book in so many ways. I just loved it. The art is so well done.
The love of graphic novels has started early in this one 😍
