#BookReport for April. Not a very good reading month. Rereading Crocodile on the Sandbank was the highlight, The Cryptic Clue my favourite new read.
A day late on #bookreport and #weeklyforecast again. I ran a marathon relay with friends yesterday so I have a goof excuse though, unlike usual. 😉

Loved what I finished this week and still made good progress on my other reads. I finally managed to finish the first section of OaFK which I'm counting as major progress. I'm also enamored of my commute book and have made it to 50%.

Finished 2 books last week which was nice. Also made some progress with The Goblin Emperor (finally) (things are getting very intense) I alsomst read more of Lord of the Necropolis when I was making pizza on Thursday but alas. Hoping ot finish Dr. Moreau this week but we shall see. Originally it was my palette cleanser.

Bitter Herbs (Het bittere kruid) is fantastic, a Dutch classic rediscovered and an absolute gem. I also loved Mrs Caliban and want to read more Ingalls. Dolly Maunders I am still thinking of even though I didn‘t like the book that much. What‘s left of me is yours was enjoyable too but one I won‘t remember for long.
