This book was pretty entertaining but lacked depth. I didn‘t connect with with most of the characters. I appreciated Evelyn and I adored Harry;everyone else was very meh. I was ready to be done about 100 pages before it ended. It‘s a good book if you‘re just looking for something to keep you occupied. ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5/5

I read this book as fast as I can because it was torturous. The author should have focused more on romance and plot and less time on porn. The female MC is supposed to be a strong female lead but instead is immature, entitled, arrogant, rude and abusive. I seriously hated being in her head. The minor characters were good. I would only read a sequel if it were from Adrian‘s POV. Giving this 2 stars is being way to generous. ⭐️⭐️/5 #LMPBC #GROUPV

This book was pretty good. It‘s starts off very slow. I almost DNF‘d it. Also, I‘ll have to admit that I didn‘t find most of the jokes funny but I liked having a FMC that is close to my age and actually mature. She had insecurities (who doesn‘t)and they were addressed. The romance was sweet. ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5/5

I decided to read this book because every booktuber that I watch touted it as the best love story ever. I‘m starting to wonder if they were paid. The love story is sweet at first but it was toxic by the end. Nothing was solved. A relationship with a person that is mentally unstable and isn‘t taking the meds is never a good idea. The female protagonist was so unlikeable. Pretty writing but not enough to save it for me. ⭐️⭐️ 2/5

This was my first Truman Capote book and I found that I really enjoyed the story. I was taken aback by some of the racist language. Aside from that it was a intriguing story. 4/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wanted to like this book more than I did. The writing was good but the characters were either very hard to like. They came off as caricatures. I found myself rooting for the villain and hoping he killed them all, both things that I never do. This had to be purposeful. 3.5/5

This was such a bittersweet but lovely story. I love the depictions of different kinds of love that Anya had. The writing is beautiful and flows so wonderfully. God, I loved the main character. This was a okay book. It is pretty well written although the dialogue is a little cringey in a few places. I really only liked the main character Celine when she was with others. I didn‘t hate her but she irritated me. I found it hard to find the motivation to pick up the book. I really enjoyed the last quarter of the book and the ending made me curious to read the next book. ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5/5

This book was amazing! The story kept me hooked. I definitely enjoyed the relationship between Matilda and Bram. The ending is a forgone conclusion since this is a prequel but I still found myself worried about the safety of our main character. I wasn‘t scared but I was thoroughly creeped out. I‘m glad I pushed my boundaries with this book since I usually try to stay away from scary. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #LPMBC17 #GroupV

I ended up really enjoying this book. For some reason it was hard to pick up but once I‘d get started, I would get sucked in. Once you get used the pattern of the main character it was easy to follow along. This was a really well written story. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This book was cute. I really enjoyed Saffron and her friendships with Elizabeth and Ashton. I did find it a little bit predictable but being a tourist in this world of plants was surprisingly fun and interesting. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 stars. #LMPBC #GroupE @BookishBelle

I really enjoyed this book. The characters are well written but flawed. The plot is interesting and there is a twist at the end. I figured that out pretty early on but it didn‘t take away from the story. The way it ended left me a bit surprised. This book was wonderful! It kind of reminded me of a cross between the movie Nell and the book The Great Alone. As a matter of fact, I don‘t think I‘ve enjoyed a book this much since I read The Great Alone. Amazing writing, complex characters; this book has it all. I fell in love with Kya and didn‘t even realize it until the book ended and I was forced to leave her😢

This was a very cute book that I started a while back and finally decided to finish it. It‘s the first book in this series that I‘ve read and I liked enough that I will be going back to read the others. It was nice to read a romance story with an older protagonist. I really enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed this book. I have been a Prince fan since I was a young and I felt like this book really did him justice. I love that Prince‘s co author was able to make such a true to the artist book despite Prince passing before finishing . I enjoyed reading about the author‘s time getting to know Prince as well as Prince‘s own words. Prince was such a private person yet you get to know enough of him to be satisfied yet not invade his privacy.

This was the first book that I‘ve read from both this author and this series. I don‘t know that I‘ll read another book from this series although I‘d be willing to give the author another try. I found the protagonist to be highly irritating and unlikeable I found myself rooting for the foil who was way more interesting. Overall not a good read although there were a few good parts mostly quips by Alanna and a couple of scenes with Tess. #LPMBC

I really enjoyed this book. It drew me in immediately and stirred a lot of emotions within me. It did take a moment for the story to get moving however, I was drawn in from the beginning. The detail that Locke goes into helps to immerse you in this small town. This was my first book by this author but I have added all her books to my tbr pile.
