Typical: I sleep, which I plan to do by midnight. But before that, we are going to have champagne for the first time. Our daughter turned 21 in November and is wanting to try it for the first time. So maybe I‘ll get tipsy and wobble into bed. 😃

Usual NYE plans are parties at someone else‘s house (my boyf‘s friend‘s birthday is today, so usually his) and we play games, take shots, and eat snacks until the ball drops and we uber home. Meetup the next morning for Chipotle and picking up cars lol

My tentative #WinterGames TBR for #TeamEvergreen is a mixture of seasonal reads, thrillers, scifi, mystery & translated stories. There‘s a few ebooks & audiobooks as well so I‘m pretty much set but I‘m sure I‘ll be adding mood reads on top! 26pts

We are sad to announce that due to personal schedules, this years #WinterGames will be cancelled. Unfortunately we simply won‘t be able to host the event, and give it all the effort and attention it deserves. We are so sorry, as we know many of you look forward to it each year, but we‘ll will be back at it in 2023. Best of luck with your end of year reading goals, and we wish you the happiest of holidays. ❤️

Late, but here are the books that I read during week four of the #wintergames. I gained 4,650 pts for team #MistletoeManiacs!

Here are my totals for #wintergames2021 ! I know we have one day left but I don‘t think the little bit of reading I‘ll do will make much of a difference. I really fell apart in weeks 4 & 5 but I had family visiting that make it really hard to participate 😜. Hopefully my points still help the awesome #mistletoemaniacs get a win! I‘ve really loved being a part of winter games and my group and am already looking forward to next year‘s games!

This was my best week yet! Can‘t believe how much reading and points I got with Christmas in the mix…

These are some of the readathons I‘ll be participating in next month. My overall goals for the month are to:
1. Get in the holiday spirit and have fun

3. Complete #Booked2021 and my Goodreads 2021 Reading Challenge of 120 books (41 books to go so this probably isn‘t possible but I could get pretty close)

I‘ve been working on my TBR for #WinterGames2021 I‘ll probably add some titles from my November list I don‘t get to, & even with the careful mix of children‘s books & audiobooks I made sure to add here I doubt I‘ll read all these, but I like to have opinions. In the interest of keeping life low stress, I‘m going to go ahead & call this my #bookspin list for next month as well even though I‘ll probably change things up some. #TeamGameSleighers

Well 83 different books (including work story readalouds ftw), 39 shows and movies, playing the readathon and games hard. All the bingo and scavenger hunts! I did my team proud I hope and I had tons of fun! I read tons more Christmas books and watched more movies than normal for sure! #wintergames2020 #readnosereindeer @StayCurious

We‘re coming up to the last two days of the #WinterGames, and although I REALLY didn‘t stick to my original list of 100 books for the month, I‘m still happy I managed to read as much as I did considering how busy the month ended up being for me.
