Finished four audiobooks yesterday! The Trouble With Mistletoe was my favourite. I‘ve devoured a good chunk of the series this month. I‘m loving it! ♥️

I read this one a few years ago, but saw it on hoopla on audio and snatched it up. Just as amazing as the first time I read it. If you‘re looking for fun, swoons romances I highly recommend.

3rd book read to complete 1st challenge of HP winter magical readathon. I was supposed to read a 500 pages book but I read 3😉This is an ok to so-so story for me but I know many people will love it because is cute, funny, lovely scenes with cats & dogs (love Pita the cat & her owner aunt Sally) sexy scenes and a lot of romance.Funny scenes between lovely friends but sometimes I felt boring with Willa's character🙄 too long to take a decision😕3⭐️

Was jonesing for another Christmas audio, saw my favorite Shalvis Christmas novel, and snatched it up. So far it‘s just as good the second time around.

I can always count on Shalvis to deliver a steamy romance with great characters. Willa has to get past her abandonment feelings to accept love. The angst drags on a bit because there isn‘t much else hanging up their hea. Lots of good Christmas cheer and this group of friends is amazing. #readwomen #romantsy #holidayreads

I‘ve been struggling with reading anything for the longest time. I start a book and don‘t finish. Not because it‘s bad. They‘ve all been great. My mind just won‘t let me relax enough to focus. I want to try and get a few Christmas themed books read this month and can‘t decide on which one. I‘ve read a few pages in each and can‘t choose.

The female friendship here is wonderful and, at times, hilarious. They are so supportive of each other. This also goes for the men in this core group when present. Petunia is so much fun. She is either the antichrist or a sweet cat depending on if you ask Keane or Willa (respectively). And, of course, there's the romance between Keane and Willa - touching, hilarious and steamy in turn. If you're looking for a fun read I'd recommend this series.

Last post, I promise - but I‘m glad I did a couple so I could show it all off. 😝 I am SO excited for these books - I need another Xmas romance to round out my holiday reading, I can‘t wait to read World War Moo (it looks so funny!) and even a yoga book! And the best Rudolph quote on a bookmark. Thank you Nicole! You are awesome at Secret Santa-ing!! ❤️😊👏

This series is all standalones, but I'm glad I read #1 first. Features Willa and Keane who aren't really a second chance romance, but sort of more like a redemption story. Turns out they went to high school together but he didn't realize he broke her heart (not a spoiler). Love the entire cast, love the humor, love the pet cat. Love that both are business owners-Willa's pet shop is amazing -> she specializes in pet daycare + weddings! #romantsy

So I finished book of one in my December TBR and yeah I know it's not December yet but I couldn't help myself they all looked so good sitting in a pile on my desk lol. so now on too book two. Nothing like a Heartbreaker Bay novel to make the season more jolly 😍😉

This is a sweet romantic story, the perfect antidote to a noisy, difficult work day and a confusing, obnoxious world we live in. Not exactly life changing but the perfect escape. I loved living in their world for a few hours 😄just the right amount of steamy too!

Another Christmas book! Kinda looking forward to Christmas now. Another good one by Jill Shalvis. I admit, my favorite character in the book is Petunia the cat. But everyone else was good too. This is Book 2 of the Heartbreaker Bay series.

I love this cat. And Jill is describing a cat perfectly. Hehehe

Another great story from Jill Shalvis. 📘📘📘📘📘giving it a 5! Willa and Keane's story is hot and heartwarming.

The book I'm reading next - The Trouble With Mistletoe, by an author whose books always make me laugh - Jill Shalvis. When I discovered her books, I went on a rampage and read most of them. She's an excellent story-teller. Her characters are usually fun.

In this case...the answer is yes, most definitely!

With characters that will touch your heart, and a story that will set your night on fire (in more ways than the obvious), this is a must read for Contemporary Romance fans in the adult reader category.

I was lucky enough to read this book pre-pub, and it's wonderful! The heroine is snarky, vulnerable, and owns a pet store. The hero, in her words: 'A guy stood on the other side of the glass, mouth grim, expression dialed to Tall, Dark, and Attitude-ridden." And then she recognizes him... totally fun!! #romantsy

Had a chance to be an early reader for this book and again, Jill doesn't disappoint! Heartbreaker Bay series is fantastic for the quick, romance hunger you may feel.
