Still just loving the young women of Giant Days. While there are some bits of romance, the core of the book is this friendship.

Third finish for #20in4 down, but I‘m still below target time. Today‘s reads went fast.

I didn‘t like this as much as the first two (didn‘t get the election thing) but it‘s still really good. I loved the camping story!

And kiddo‘s up out of bed an hour after bedtime. Gonna be a long night.

It‘s always my favorite when Daisy tries to stage an intervention with her friends. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wish I could just grab all 18 of these and read them all at once. 😁😁

This series is so much fun! There‘s just something about college friendships and events. Giant Days is such an appropriate title for this series. 💛💙💛

While I wish there was more of a continuing narrative, rather than it feeling like a bunch of sketches without much overall progress, I still am liking it. I still find myself unexpectedly invested and interested in what will happen, and the few major turns in the plot are pretty compelling.

Also, the humor has returned in this volume. It made me laugh again, although not as much as the first volume.

I looooooove Giant Days! I received the first 9 volumes for my birthday last month and have read the first 3 so far. The friendship between Esther, Daisy, and Susan is just so real and gets them through all the craziness at college. Daisy reminds me of a friend of mine. 💜 I love the art, especially the panels by Lissa Treiman. McGraw is one of my favorite characters! I highly recommend this series.

This series just keeps getting better. Volume 3 (my library doesn‘t have volume 2) is just as funny as the first. So many delightful shenanigans!

5⭐️On my audiobook binge listening, I happened to search SCRIBD for this series, and lo and behold it does have the whole series! Continuing my Binge Reading Monday with this hilarious issue- it never fails to make me laugh out loud! I‘m pleased to announce I am NOT in public, so my crazed bibliomaniac laughter is only heard by the old pups and my cat Ariadne 😂 Gosh I love being able to have a summer break ! 🌞🙌🏻🎉

Still sad about the artist change but I'm getting used to it now.

I love this series! I love Ed, I love McGraw & I love those girls. I also love that it‘s set in England, so many graphic novels seem to be set in the US it‘s refreshing to read a change of pace. My only criticism of this is it wasn‘t long enough! That‘s why I only rarely buy this format, the price + time to read = not much bang for my buck unfortunately. I need to get back to my library, though their collection of graphic novels is pretty awful😒

I was a big graphic novel reader as a kid, (Tintin and Asterix & Obelisk were always in my #libraryhauls) but as an adult they just fell off my reading schedule. Until Litsy & all you enablers! Sticking with a proven formula I will continue to binge on charming graphics. I adore this series. It is cute and fun and hopeful and weird and honest. It is genuinely all of the good things.

These comics make me so happy and are just the thing when I need cheering up!

I‘m definitely a fan of the Giant Days series. With each volume, I become more interested in the three girls lives and, at least some of the time, I wish I could slap some sense into them. But for the most part they figure it out themselves with time. I‘m sure I will see this series through to the end. #LetsGetGraphicWeeklongMarathon

This series handles character dynamics oh-so well. The core five interact in the most delightful ways, forever aware that while their friendships will run into rough patches and their romances may end, they're always gonna have a connection as they navigate university life and the road to adulthood. I enjoyed this one more than the first two. I thought the plot was much more concrete and that the characters really started coming into their own! Now to head to the library to see if any of the next volumes are in stock! (60)

Yep, I'm definitely Daisy!! I was even homeschooled. I wasn't nearly as naive or sheltered but my two best friends at school were 3-4 years older than me, so I ended up being the baby of the group. But her taking an obsession too far last volume (and a tv show no less) plus this camping thing are spot on with me! 😆

Susan just lost her damned mind. McGraw 💔 still loving this! So cute! Also, I know about the night world pretty extensively. 😵
