I‘m preparing to leave tomorrow to spend my birthday vacation with my daughter. Before I left I wanted to say thank you for the birthday 🎂 wishes from my Litsy Love 💌 friends.

I‘m on vacation with not much reading time right now but yesterday I spent the hottest day in Disneyland Paris and it was great 😍😍 (and hot🥵)
Today we‘re doing a bit more sightseeing and tomorrow we‘ll take the train down south to Marseille and Nice 👌🏼

I went to a Wonderland inspired cafe this weekend - I drank the Queen‘s Tonic, ate the King‘s Roll and had an Alice (that‘s the yellow one on the right) for dessert. All delicious, lots of vegetarian options - and a beautifully set up space!

Day 27: Fave Gift

Picking a favorite gift is akin to picking a favorite child. I just don't feel comfortable with it! Here's my haul from DH (all the books and an Australian Firefighters calendar), NOS, and DIL (the Disneyland 65th anniversary Funko Pop!). The top 6 books are signed by the author(s). We'll celebrate again once NTS is well and we exchange gifts with him.

It's book week at my daughter's school and today they can dress up as any character so my daughter decided she was going to be the Cheshire Cat. She has loved the week. I even got to go in on Wed and share a story with her.

Book Haul from Powell‘s City of Books ☺️📚

My 4YO loved this! This was mine from when I was little! We treated it like a chapter book and read about five pages a night. She really enjoyed it and loved using her Peppa Pig bookmark! Our library is hosting a Mad Hatter toddler tea party in a couple weeks and she is now very excited! Need to find her a party dress 😃
