It‘s cost him his family, his calling in the church & almost his sanity. Trying to stay away from populated areas, he gets an unusual job offer & maybe a way to control his curse.

aperfectmjk I will say though, there are some other international participants I'm not sure how to help because even if I try to send something, they may not get it. It's such a bummer. I almost wonder if a egift card would be a better option at this point 3y

Lizpixie @aperfectmjk thank you lovely! I was starting to think about an egiftcard for my recipient myself! At least then she could get herself something. I‘m so sorry about this, I don‘t think our postal service really thought about what 3 months of strict lockdown would do to the amount of packages needing delivering. I‘ve got books I ordered for the hubby from before the lockdown that are still in limbo somewhere🤷🏻‍♀️ 3y

I like the book which was in my tbr👍Those bookmarks are so pretty😍❤️and the sticky notes😱so cute, love them, really!!! I will try that type of tea for the first time and they indicate that support the immune function, which is necessary at this time. I like to try new type of tea

I found some wonderful additions to my Alice in Wonderland collection while in Dayton, OH yesterday. The canvas print is an original piece of artwork created by an artist named Amy Kollar Anderson. I love it! 🥰

Today, as I'm compiling the #jolabokaflod and #lcs boxes for my matches, I had to think about the #merryunbirthdayswap you hosted earlier this year and how I somehow never got a box, cause my match was in lockdown...
Do you think she's got any intention on still sending that parcel out? Surely there hasn't been a lockdown for the post office in her area for months? I'd love to hear from you! 3y

aperfectmjk @Yuki_Onna I'm so sorry. I'm not really sure what's going on. I emailed her once again. I asked that if she's not able to mail out the gift, then if she could at least provide you with an egift card. That way you can get something. It's only fair that everyone receives something. To be honest, I will probably never host another swap due to this, which is just disappointing. 3y

hannah-leeloo Awww @aperfectmjk it's ok 🫂 no one blames you and I know @Yuki_Onna definitely doesn't. The swap was a fantastic idea for making friends and sharing our love of Alice. Maybe there was just an issue sending abroad so I've noticed future swaps are giving the option to send to nearer locations so these things don't happen. I think it's not too out of line for me to say that Litsy has been a beacon of light for many of us, a place we turn too when times are dark. The swaps bring an added light to that darkness, so that's why it hurts me to know that someone is still sitting in darkness so to speak. 3y

Gissy I‘m glad you liked it. The booksleeve was made by a friend of mine. I bought one for me too☺️The bookmark is from MyBookmarkshop. They have some peculiar, unique bookmarks. I tried to control myself but I bought one for me too😂. I have those two books but I haven‘t read them yet. I hope you didn‘t have the funko pop and didn‘t know what tea you liked so I thought that package would be a good idea. Enjoy your reading time! 📚🤗❤️❤️❤️ 4y
