This was the most cutesy book I've read all year. I devoured it and could not get enough of the characters! It made me smile and laugh and the friendships were everything!
Starting this today-such a mood reader but one of my book challenges was to pick a book blind folded and I picked this beauty out! 💗✨️

Today was a book shopping kinda day!
Went to a used bookstore and B&N, can't wait to pick out my next read. So many good choices!
Happy Friday Everyone 🌼
Paris, the City of Lights and Love and the last place Anna wants to be. A story a bit about a coming of age and a lot about people, forgiveness, and honesty. A beautiful demonstration of love and understanding.
Just in time for Valentine‘s Day, romance author Alana Albertson joins me on my book podcast to dish about Anna and the French Kiss! Tune in to hear us chat about everything from cheating love interests and the meaning of home to film adaptations and privilege. We also talk quite a bit about the romance genre more broadly. 🇫🇷💋 Listen at the link in my bio!
I wanted to hate this too but I couldn‘t put it down. Quick And fun read Even though Anna is not very likable And there are a lot of clichés.Also short king representation
First batch!
I am giving these away to any #littens that desire them. First come, first serve. I can take additional photos if needed.
1) Email me at claknquill@gmail.com with desired. (That‘s not a typo 🙃 I messed up when making the account)
2) Comment on this post that you have messaged me.
I get Litsy notifications but not always from my email.
Hope to find new homes where they can be cherished.
Super cute YA about a girl sent to Paris for Boarding school her senior year. I needed fluff to get my head out of dark work stuff and this was perfect- also my #julybookspin finally 🤪
Okay, I loved this book. It was funny, sweet & adorable It's one of those books that'll leave you feeling all happy & just so good. I had added it to my tbr because it's so famous but then yesterday I read about it's plot on goodreads and the only phrases that stuck were “in Paris“ & “Étienne St. Clair“ (which is the male lead's name & even his name sounds so fancy and English, you know?) and that's what made me decide to read in instantly. 🍻💚

This is a sweet YA romance that is filled with likable characters and fast paced storyline. Great rainy day read or beach read.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really really liked this one. It‘s beautifully written. Anna & Étienne‘s friendship is slow & well developed through out the novel. You can really feel the chemistry building and how deep their friendship grows through out the book. I love how it‘s not rushed & how a sense of “the real world” love get out of it. It feels like real time. Although i wish their romantic relationship had more time in the book I am still so pleased.
Anna is forced to move to Paris for her senior year. She has left her best friend and crush, but then she meets St. Clair. She begins to grow feelings for him, but he already has a girlfriend.
Sounds so cute! ❤️
I completed this in 4 days. An easy read but I found the main character “Anna” just so annoying. She was obsessed and I couldn‘t relate to her in any way. I preferred the male MC and would have liked to have delved into his personal story more. I just wanted Anna to grow up! I loved reading about the Parisian culture though 🇫🇷

Trying to read some of my e-books left on my kindle before the end of the year. This is book 1 of 11.
Wonder if I‘ll do it?
A completely, romantically cheesy novel. Which is ironic in that the main character cringes every time her father, who writes cheesy romance novels comes up.
But I love it's cheesiness and its a nice change of pace from all of the horribly depressing but amazing books I've read lately.
*pic from Point Zero in Paris, France, a main destination point in the book.
The School of America in Paris (SOAP) might not be as unusual as Hogwarts or Watford, but it certainly is a one-of-a-kind setting for the dreamy teen romance world that the author has created. "Anna" and "Isla" are set almost entirely at the school, and though we don't see that setting in "Lola", we do get a glimpse of some beloved characters. This is one of my favorite series featuring #UnusualSchools! #TropesinAugust

This was just as cute as I remember it being. It's a funny, fluffy light summer romance, full of great characters and a steady plot. I love the relationship between all the characters but wish we got a little more at the end between Anna and her friends and not just St. Claire. Overall this is a great easy YA romance that ages well.
This was a cute, but a little too predictable story about a girl, in Paris for school abroad, who meets a boy, in Paris, in school abroad.
“for the two of us, home isn't a place. it's a person. and we're finally home.“

I‘ve read one of this YA #romantsy series and it was pretty sweet. The first one (which I‘m yet to read) is a good fit for this prompt. 😊
I only read this because it fit a reading challenge category, but I ended up really liking it! It felt very realistic, and while there was some teen drama it wasn‘t overwhelming. A little cheesy, but an overall fun read. 4/5 stars, will probably read more by this author.
I spent a lot of time thinking about what #home means.

This book was so amazing! Takes place in Paris and literally makes me wanna visit ASAP after reading! Such a cute book on teen romance but it was soo good! I literally could not put it down! I would definitely recommend! ❤️
About to become this little book worm and dive into my next book! Anna and the French Kiss! Can‘t wait to read it!
Probably the worst and most annoying book I‘ve read in a while. I don‘t read contemporary a lot but when I do I expect something ... more than what this gave me. I technically listened to it and had to speed up to x2 so I could just be done with it. I didn‘t like the message it gave to young adults.

“The pressure is on. They‘ve teased me all week, because I‘ve avoided anything that requires ordering. I‘ve made excuses (“I‘m allergic to beef,” “Nothing tastes better than bread,” “Ravioli is overrated”), but I can‘t avoid it forever. Monsieur Boutin is working the counter again. I grab a tray and take a deep breath. “Bonjour, uh . . . #soup? Sopa? S‘il vous plaît?” #QuotsyNov18
