REALLY tried to like this book but I just couldn‘t...it‘s a true story and parts of it were really funny but I was straining to get through it. Couldn‘t even finish it because I just wasn‘t into it. The story basically takes place in a small town in Ireland with a bookshop keeper who logs his daily encounters while running the shop. Not a terrible book by any means, just not for me.

This book is going a little slow for me but still trying not to give up on it yet. Gonna keep reading it till the end to see if it picks up speed!

Haven‘t been able to read much the past couple of days but this book is growing on me! So funny reading Shaun‘s experiences with owning the bookshop and the customers he encounters! I recommend so far! ❤️ on another note, I have a job interview tomorrow and need all the good luck I can get! Hoping this works out in my favor 🤞🏻

YOU GUYS THIS BOOK 😍 Definitely a must read. It started out a little slow and slightly confusing because there were so many characters and it went back and forth from present to past a couple of times but it quickly picked up speed and became really good! The characters are so lovable and just a great book about helping others and the power of a community coming together ❤️

Finished book number 9! I would DEFINITELY recommend this one! Such a good book about the value of friendship and how amazing friends really are. Such a great YA novel. I will definitely seek out more books by Jen Doll because I couldn‘t put this one down! 📚

Just finished my fifth book in my book haul and going to start this one tomorrow! If it wasn‘t so late I‘d start it now but I‘m too tired! So excited for this one!

This was a cute short read about two people who end up falling in love due to fate. Your typical story about love at first sight set over a 24 hour period. Hadley meets Oliver in the airport on the way to her dads wedding and a series of events ends up uniting them for good. It‘s an extremely short read but nonetheless pretty good. Only complaint is that not too much happens in the book because of the short time span but still good!

This book is the next book on my list! Can‘t wait for it 😍

This book turned out to be super cute! Kit and David‘s friendship is one of my favorites in the history of book friendships! Though David‘s different from the social norm, kit sees something in him that no one else does and decides to take a chance on him! Im so glad she did because this lead to one of the more adorable friendships ever! They are actual friendship goals ❤️

This book was my third book on my surgery reading list. Can I just say that I think this book needs to be made into a movie? It‘s so good! The classic love triangle that spans a period of 10 years, the friendships in the book are total friendship goals and it left me wishing there were more “Jacks” in the world. Readers will love this book for many reasons but most of all the characters. This book is definitely one of my December favorites.

I didn‘t even realize that this book was in correlation with the “Love Simon” movie! This book was my second one on my surgery reading list and it was very good! It tells the story of 2 twins who are being raised by same sex parents Nadine and Patty. The book is about being accepted for who you are and accepting your flaws because those that really care about us will see right through them and focus on who we really are.

This was the first book that I‘ve read on my post surgery reading list and it was so good! A little slow at times but very interesting. It seriously made me want to go live in one of those “little towns by the sea” where everyone knows each other and there‘s a sense of community. I couldn‘t finish this book fast enough! Definitely a must read.

So far I‘m 3 chapters in to this book and I‘m loving it! This book is part of my post surgery reading list and it‘s a great read. Can‘t wait to see where the story takes Kit and David.
