maich Nesta and Cassian are funny together. And all their tricks. I enjoyed reading those chapters. This Inner circle is becoming more and more interesting and fun. Lucien will finally see that they are not that traditional court but a court that actually lives. They do what makes them happy, they work for their people (not against them), they know how to have fun. Despite the fact that war is coming. 5d

This book took longer than the second one for me to get into but by the second half I was completely hooked. The ending was a whirlwind of emotions and very intense - so much so that at parts I could feel myself holding my breath. Well 1 chapter a day on book two went out the window! It was more like 7 chapters a day! I have already finished it and I‘m on to Book 3! Couldn‘t even wait to go get the physical book, had to start the audiobook 🤣This series has me hooked and I feel like I‘m a character in it!!

I am so glad these are fast reads- and I‘m reading again- I have this on kindle too so able to just read while waiting. These books really helped with moments of escape from the past few weeks- but most of all i‘m so glad my brain can focus on reading again 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

3✨ This is a re-read for me so my opinions are about the same. I‘m not a fan of all the battles and strategies, which I understand are necessary. However, I did enjoy this more with GraphicAudio.
