I‘m bailing at 17%. I don‘t know what it is, but I just cannot get into this one. It‘s not keeping my attention at all.

Final book in the Article 5 series. I really enjoyed this series and its conclusion. I am truly surprised this series wasn‘t more popular as it came out at the height of YA dystopian. 4 🌟
This one was a fun, magical rom-com read. It even has a FMC who is a fire breathing unicorn. 🦄 fun 3.5 🌟 read.
I literally said out loud “oh my gosh” to the last line of this book. Slow burn, enemies to lovers, political intrigue, elves, gnomes, humans & magic powers. I LOVED the snarky MMC & powerful FMC. I‘m now on the waiting list for book 2! 4.5 🌟
Second book in the TOG series. I once again liked the book however I wish there was some romance on top of the political intrigue. 4 🌟
I enjoyed this one. It was definitely more political intrigue than romantasy. I am hopeful the next book has a bit more of the love story - however after reading ACOTAR I don‘t know which way the “romance” will go. I‘m on pins & needles because of that. 😂 4.5 💫
Second book in the Article 5 series. It‘s YA it‘s dystopian. I am a fan. 4 🌟
Second and final book in the series. I have the same sentiments as the first. The book and series as a whole was fine. 3 🌟
A very YA dystopian book. I‘m a sucker for a good dystopian book; so I of course liked it. 4 🌟
The story was fine, however I felt as if it was a bit too slow paced for me. The author spent almost the entire first half of the book setting up the story. I wished there was more depth, and character development.
Incredible!! I laughed, I cried, I felt lots of emotions. The character development is superb in this book. 5 🌟
I wish we had a date for the next one!
October book wrap up! 📚 Favorite this month - A Court of Mist and Fury Least favorite - Gone Girl Happy Halloween Littens! 🎃
Goosebumps, I literally got goosebumps while reading Unbroken. It has been on my TBR for MANY years and I finally read it. All I can say is WOW. It‘s written incredibly beautiful and tells a real life story of grit, determination, and triumph. 5 🌟
I hated both of the main characters. I have no sympathy or like for either of them. I guess they both got what they truly deserved. 🤷♀️
Bailed out at only 6% I don‘t want to sit around and read a book of millennial cliches.
The fourth and final book in the Lovelight series. It was a good final book and we get Nova‘s love story. I liked it but I still think I prefer the first two books to the last two.
The last book in the Beaumont series - I am so sad it‘s over! I could read about Liam and Josie‘s lives forever. At this point it‘s become like a warm hug. I loved this book, and it wrapped up so wonderfully. 5 🌟
I feel like you all would truly appreciate this text message from someone who I got ADDICTED to Iron Flame! 🔥 😂 #bookproblems #addicted #iykyk
A fun rom-com read with some truly laugh out loud moments 4 🌟
Third book in the Lovelight series. My least favorite so far, but decent nonetheless. 🌲
Okay I am literally addicted to this series. “Hi, it‘s me I‘m the problem.” Love the different perspectives of this book, and I love the fact it takes place during solstice. 🌙
I may, or may not have stayed up all hours of the night to read this one. My goodness it is so good and full of so many ups and downs.
YA time travel, mystery done well so far! I also like the gemstone undertones.
Nope, nope, NOPE - not for me. I got about 12% in and I‘m bailing big time. 👎🏻
A very YA time travel novel. It was an enjoyable, quick read. I may read the rest in the series someday. 3.5 🌟
A prequel to Forever My Girl. It gave us a glimpse of Liam‘s life in high school and his life as Liam Page. Not my favorite in the series but a nice quick read nonetheless.
Holy fudge Batman!! Even better than the 1st book! I avoided these for a long while because I felt like they were so hyped up. Now I understand why. Can my Libby loan hurry up for number 3? 5🧚🏻♀️
Wow, I didn‘t expect this one to be my favorite of the series so far, but it is! The third book in the Beaumont series - We find bad-boy band member Jimmy the last single bandmate falling for a small town Beaumont girl. LOTS of twist and turns that I didn‘t expect. 5 🌟
A fun glimpse back into the Harry Potter world of quidditch. Rowlings mind always amazes me. 4 🌟
Knocked another one off my TBR pile. A suspenseful, page turner that leaves you wondering what will happen next. It gave me Maze Runner vibes. 4 💫
Traditional Goldilocks retelling with very adorable illustrations. 🐻
A continuation of the Beaumont series. Another very sweet romance, but this time filled with loads of family love. I quite enjoyed this one as well, and can‘t wait to find out what happens next in this series. 🤎
An oh so sweet light romance that has been on my TBR for years. High school sweethearts fade away, but meet again years later when tragedy strikes. I really enjoyed this one. Maybe because I married my HS sweetheart the weekend after I graduated, but I really thought it was a solid sweet read. I would even say it‘s a fallish read because of the football undertones. 🧡
This has been on my TBR for what feels like forever. It is quite short, however Lauren always delivers joy!
A pre-teen coming of age novel set in what I would call a post apocalyptic time where the days are getting longer. The FMC is in 6th grade, and unfortunately I don‘t think this a book I would let my 6th grader read. 2.5 ⭐️
I went in with low expectations because it is so popular. I was delightfully surprised by this book and I enjoyed the story and love interest. My only complaint would be the slower pacing in the beginning.
An extremely compelling memoir of a young woman who is in pursuit of truth and education. However, she is fraught with parental abuse, religious abuse, and other traumas. Great memoir and I feel as if she got her point across. 4.5 ⭐️
Read on my kindle - it was my nighttime read for quite sometime. It‘s about a little stuffed pig & a boy who end up on a magical adventure together on Christmas Eve. It was a solid, cute read. However I felt it was a little long for the age range it‘s geared toward. 4 ⭐️
Last week I got to start an experimental treatment to hopefully cure my brain tumor that I‘ve been dealing with for the past 16 years. 🧠

thanks for the fun @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @Read4life @TieDyeDude
Okay, I had never read any of the Twilight books, and I wanted to chip away at the ever growing TBR list. This was in between a pick and so-so. I landed on pick because it did keep my attention and I wanted to know what happened. The thing that drove me crazy was all of the specific food scenes. If it‘s not pertinent to driving the story I couldn‘t care less what the MC is eating. 🤷♀️
Oh my goodness this book series is incredible! I cannot believe I have to wait until January to find out what happens next. 5 star read! 🌟 (I also may have ordered a Basgiath shirt)
Yes, yes, YES!!! 👏🏻 This is an incredible read, and has quickly soared to one of my favorite reads of all time. I cannot wait to get my hands on book two! 👏🏻 5 🌟
Decent enemies to lovers trope. A little slower paced.
Uglies finally got a movie! 🎉 I have been saying it needed a movie for almost 20 years! I remember reading Uglies when it first came out (wow I‘m old) and it‘s the series that showed me what a book could be. I‘ll be watching Netflix for the next hour and a half. Anyone else as pumped about this as I am?
A sweet witchy love story of family and friends in Poppy Meadows. A cute read to ease yourself into the spooky season. 🧙
I had a spare moment between appointments yesterday while in Columbus. So, naturally I had to stop into The Book Loft and pick up two copies of The Wild Robot for both of my kiddos. If you haven‘t been to The Book Loft before I highly recommend it. It‘s always a good time! 🤖
This has been on my TBR forever. Unfortunately it just wasn‘t my cup of tea, and I don‘t believe it aged well.
Fantastic conclusion to The Selection series. A few twist & turns along the way. I would highly recommend this series.
