I got 16/100 not a great score but the movies that I had seen are some of my favorites.
1- Star Wars
2- Halloween
3- Rocky Horror or The Muppet Movie

In May we learned about the tragedy of Darth Plagueis and why we don't trust Siths. I enjoyed it. What did everyone else think?
Moving on to June we meet up with some of our favorite Scoundrels. I've been looking forward to this one.
As always if anyone wants to be added or removed just let me know. And May the Force Be With You Always 🚀

Thank you so much @Gissy I love the Beltane kit. The simmer pot kit smells fantastic! Love the mini broom. And this season's book looks amazing 🧹
#TravelingStars
1 Placebo - Battle For The Sun
2 David Bowie - The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust
3 Nine Inch Nails - The Downward Spiral
This wasn't easy but I'm picking these three 😻

Thanks for the tag @Eggs
1- Not really since I used to practically live their.
2- Libby, BOTM, Aardvark, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Recycled Reads
3- Star Wars Darth Plagueis by James Luceno
#WondrousWednesday
For all the hype this book is presently receiving, it was just okay. I figured out who the killer was early on. It's another book where I disliked everyone. Is unlikeable characters the new trend? If so, it's not working for me.
Beth, Nicole, and Michael reunite after their mother dies and discover an old video of their father (who ran off years ago) covered in blood and needing their mother's help to bury a body.
#WickedWords #Deal @AsYouWish
This book was about a woman who leaves her boyfriend out of the blue one morning and his quest to find her and her's to finally stop traveling.
It was okay, a really interesting premise, but I didn't really like or connect with any of the characters.

1- blackberries
2- Empire of the Damned
3- To celebrate Star Wars Day and to enjoy the new season of Doctor Who 💙

Placebo has been one of my favorite bands for years now. I was lucky enough to see them back in 2000, and they just released a new live album, which is fantastic 💗
#TuesdayTunes @TieDyeDude
So in April we spent time with the Inquisitor and the fall of the Jedi. I enjoyed it. What did y'all think?
Now in May we on to the tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise. I admit I've been wanting to read this one for awhile now. Hope you all enjoy it!
As always if anyone wants to be added or removed just let me know. And May the Force Be With You Always 🚀
#StarWarsBuddyRead
My top book for April is Empire of the Damned but Psyche and Eros is still my top book so far 💜
#TopRead2024
#ReadingBracket2024
I read six books in April. Empire of the Damned was my favorite ❤️
For #ReadOrDonate as usual I read one of them, This Poison Heart, but will probably donate it and The Coffin Path. @julieclair
Loved this book so much 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
In the second book in the Empire of the Vampire series, we meet back up with Gabriel and Crew still on their quest to end daysdeath ❤️
This is a weird novella. It centers around Jamie, a kid who can see the dead. The ending comes up a little short but the nodds to It and the dead lights are fun.

This book follows Iskat from her early days as a Jedi Padawan to her conversion to Inquisitor under the Empire. It's good, but as usual, Dawson likes her sad endings 🖤

#WickedWords #Voyage @AsYouWish
I really enjoyed reading about Cal Kestis and his crew. I wish there had been more with Merrin, I love the Night Sisters. In this tale, they get wrapped up in a rescue mission with a storm trooper that had just deserted.

#WickedWords #Ship @AsYouWish
A nice little house witch guide. I loved the quote "Living your life is a spiritual act" ?
This was a cute ya gothic novel about Briseis, who can control plants. I loved the Greek mythology and the plant magic, but the book didn't really get going until the very end. It is a duology, and at some point, I plan to read the second one 🪴
#DoubleSpin @TheAromaofBooks
#ReadOrDonate @julieclair It was good but I'll probably still donate it.
Here are my choices for #BookSpinBingo and #ReadOrDonate
@TheAromaofBooks @julieclair
In March we met up with Cal and Crew in Battle Scars.
Now it's time for the dark side to rise.
As always if anyone wants to be added or removed just let me know. And May the Force Be With You Always 🚀
#StarWarsBuddyRead
I only read 4 books in March. My favorite was The Warm Hands of Ghosts.
I didn't get to #ReadYourKindle and both of the picks for #ReadOrDonate On Night's Shore and The Invisible Hour are going to be donated.
A nice intro to astrology. I love this book series 🦁
This is a somewhat typical tale of an innocent puritan woman being accused of witchcaft while trying to get away from her husband but the ending really makes the book and Mary was a fantastic character 🤎
#LiteraryCrew @Librarybelle
Loved this book! Lauren, an exfield nurse, her brother, Freddy, goes missing during WWI. Freddy gets trapped in a pillbox with a German soldier after an explosion. They escape, but then Freddy becomes trapped in a purgatory type state. Meanwhile, Lauren has returned to her nursing duties at the front to look for him 🖤
Marion tries to escape the slums by becoming a blood donor to a vampire but it doesn't go quite how she imagined.
It seemed a little rushed at times but I still thoroughly enjoyed it 🖤
Thanks @Gissy I love the Ostara package. That mug us gorgeous. The bunny trinket holder is really cute and I love the fluorite and spiral goddess 🐰
#TravelingStars
Thanks @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks for the fun package. I'm looking forward to reading these 🩷🤎🩷

For February my top book was Empire of the Vampire. But it didn't quite beat out Psyche and Eros 💜
#TopRead2024
#ReadingBracket2024
In February we read From A Certain Point of View The Return of the Jedi. I enjoyed the stories, especially those at Jabba's Palace. What did y'all think?
In March we catch up with Cal Kestis and his Mantis crew. This one should be good.
As always if anyone wants to be added or removed just let me know. And May the Force Be With You Always 🚀
#StarWarsBuddyRead
I read 13 books in February. My favorites were Empire of The Vampire, The Fox Wife, Relic and Blue Labyrinth.
For #ReadOrDonate I plan to donate both Beneath the Shine (which I didn't read) and Spare & Found Parts (which I did read). @julieclair
@Moonprismpower How did your February go? Mine was pretty good 😺
I love this book. This is the first of the Pendergast novels. A monster goes crazy and starts killing people in a museum. The monster's reveal at the end is one of the best.
Also I've dnfed about 5 books this month and needed a palette cleanser. This book worked perfectly 💚

This was a fantastic tale about foxes who can transform themselves into humans. Snow wants revenge for her daughter's death and sets out to find the man who killed her 🩵🦊🩵

#NoShameReadathon24 #Revenge @Nessavamusic
This is a post-apocalyptic Frankenstein retelling. It was okay. The twist ending was good.
#DoubleSpin @TheAromaofBooks
#ReadOrDonate @julieclair Read and will be donating
I enjoyed this book and would have enjoyed it more if the narration had been better. This book is about Cora, who is recently widowed, heads to Essex to find their legendary serpent.
#LiteraryCrew @Librarybelle
#WickedWords #Lake @AsYouWish
#Litsylove
This was a fun collection of short stories that centered around the time of The Return of the Jedi. My favorites were The Key to Remembering, Dune Sea Songs of Salt & Moonlight, Brotherhood and Return of the Wills 💜

#NoShameReadathon24 #SpaceShips @Nessavamusic
#BOTM books are up for March. These are my picks. Mostly I wanted Murder Road.
I was rather disappointed with the finalists for the BOTM awards this year. Mostly I picked The Wishing Game because I like the cover 🤷🏼♀️
What did everyone else pick?
This was a reread since Empire of the Damned comes out next month.
Set in a fantasy world where vampires are taking over, Gabriel, silver saint and last of his order has been captured is telling his tale to the vampires ❤️
I admit I bought this book because it's gorgeous, especially the splayed edges.
Aside from that, I thought it was going to be more fantasy, but it was really dirty. There were sex scenes that just seemed to go on and on, and the details 🤦🏼♀️
Somewhere in there is a story about two different human hybrids that fall in love.
#NoShameReadathon24 #Romantasy @Nessavamusic #WickedWords #Love @AsYouWish
This is a weird book about a man obsessed with his best friend who was an actress.
#BOTM
#WickedWords #couple @AsYouWish
Another monsters/ghosts in a museum story. This one is okay, a bit convoluted. Dr. Simon Nealy returns to his hometown to take a job in a museum that his sister disappeared in years ago.
