And I still have my #fairyloot box to come plus another 2 books yet. I wish I could say that September will be a #nobookbuymonth but have you seen the new releases coming out next month? What am I supposed to do??

Yeah, my #nobookbuymonth is off to a rocking start.😕 I just can't stop buying books, I swear, my hubby will leave me and it'll just be me, a freezer full of ice cream and stacks and stacks of books everywhere with little walkways between, a comfy reading chair and a corgi. Hmmm🤔 doesn't actually sound so bad after all! Sorry hubby🙋 #deathtonobooktober🎃

Wow. I'm not much of a graphic novel reader but this was brilliant! The art is wonderful, the concept is amazing and the actual story is so interesting, funny, brutal and sexy in a weird alien way. Definitely never read anything like it before and it makes me want to get the rest of the series, goodbye to #nobookbuymonth again☹️

It's still #allthebooksmonth here, one more week before #nobookbuymonth☹️ I have to stick to it next month, the hubby is getting a little suspicious that no matter what I say, those jenga piles of books are definitely getting bigger. I don't think he'll believe me anymore if they start to hit waist height, all three of them😳 Though, maybe if I hide a stack under my desk?🤔

I should stay away from lists of any kind when I'm having a bad morning.. my TBR pile just increased by 10 books because, folks, I just bought every single book on the National Book Awards fiction longlist. It was a moment of weakness and I'm not proud of it but I'm hoping a confession will make the guilt go away ;)

I. Have. No. Willpower. I'm in so much trouble,the husband was home & intercepted the large box these came in before I could get to the door😔But, look! Lovely lovely books make me feel better!😍 I've had to promise that October will be a #nobookbuymonth after I've already made September #allthebooksmonth.That's fair,I guess.Though I did point out I said nothing when he bought two quad bikes,a dirt bike & a caravan to put at his sisters property.

Today's #bookmail from bookdepository.com. The Tiger & the Wolf is such a beautiful book, The Paper Magician, The House Between Tides & Six Gun Snow White were all Litsy recommendations and His Bloody Project is a Man Booker Longlist novel. I really don't think I'm gonna manage a #nobookbuymonth in September, but I did buy these in August, they were just delivered now. That counts, right?? #biblioweekend

I knew I'd bought a few this month, but actually having stacked in front of me? September is definitely a #nobookbuymonth I think. The problem when you have so many amazing books in front of you, is choosing which one to read next. There's so much goodness here, and most are recommendations from my Litsy enablers💕

This is my #impulsebuybook for #augustphotochallenge. It's the companion to the first four books in the Outlander series. It's a perfect way to keep track of all the names and dates, plots and characters. It was $40, but well worth every penny!! I HAD to have it!!❤️📚❤️📚❤️
